Today’s Fit Girl Prep Pre workout review is going to be brief- I can promise you that. This is a pre workout that I’ve tried twice, and really basically hated it each time. I know I’m letting the cat out of the bag early, but please do hear me out and read through my review because it will help you see why some of these supplement companies just have their game all backwards. Maybe in doing this Fit Girl Prep pre workout review they will see just how much they are going about making their pre workout for women completely wrong. But. Yeah. We’ll dig really pretty deep into this pre workout from a formula, performance, flavor, and even packaging standpoint. I have so much to share and not a ton of time to share it so let’s get this EST Nutrition Fit Girl Prep review underway.

I know some products are made by men, for women. I understand that. I personally can tell. You probably can too. Actually. You know what? Let me teach you something. Here. We’re going to start with the Fit Girl Prep pre workout packaging grade.

Fit Girl Prep Looks Absolutely Horrible.

It’s the same dude that has designed a dozen of these, I swear. Look at NLA for her. Look at Chick Pump. Look at HIIT Supplements women’s pre workout. Look at Fitmiss Ignite. THEY ALL LOOK THE SAME. It’s ALWAYS pink, and black, and has trashy graphics. It just looks so cheap I can’t tell you how much I hate it. Fit Girl Strength For Her might actually even be my least favorite of any of them. And let me tell you why. First off- the color of pink that they use is absolutely atrocious. It’s one of the ugliest shades of pink that I’ve ever seen. It’s all faded and way to much blue in it. So bad. The name ‘Fit Girl’ itself is also so painfully generic that I get nauseous even saying it out loud. The font used for ‘Strength for Her’ also basically made my eyes burn. Other than that…what else…it’s just such an UGLY package overall. No graphical elements or any sort of imagination. So. So. Bad. But. All of that could be forgiven if it tasted good and worked good. So. Does It?

Fit Girls Strength For Her Tastes Ok.

We’ll throw a bone to EST on taste. If nothing else, the product does taste alright. I had the tropical berry cooler flavor, and the flavors were decent. I actually found this particular flavor to be more imaginative than I expected. Tropical and berry aren’t usually found together on a pre workout menu, buy Fit Girl took an unexpected direction and decided to get fancy on flavor! The pre workout is sweet, maybe a little too much so when dosed at two scoops, and then has nice fruity punch. It is a little artificial-tasting…but that’s alright. I give them a B plus on flavor. My friend who referred me to Fit Girls Strength for her (for whatever reason), has the Sangria flavor and said it is pretty good too. But. Yeah it tastes alright. My biggest problem comes from the formula.

The Fit Girl Prep Formula is an Atrocity.

Those are powerful words, and excuse me for speaking so bluntly, but hey, that’s what you love about my pre workout for women reviews! All one hundred and eight of them, or however many I’ve done now.

But anyways- this formula is really not good. If you look at the ingredients that are in here, it’s not hard to see why I got so upset. First of all it’s a proprietary blend, which is a classic cost-saving method used by some of the big supplement companies that really fairy-dust you on the more expensive and effective ingredients. But what’s actually IN Fit Girl Prep pre workout for women? Here is the full list, and then I’ll give you some notes below:

Beta Alanine, Glycerol Monostearate, L-Carnitine Tartrate, Inisitol, Glycine, Coconut water (dehydrated), Spirulina, Guanidiniopropionic acid, Choline Bitartrate, Caffeine (Anhydrous), Dong quai, Theobormine, Guarana Extract (20%), Schizandra Berry Extract, Capsaicin (140k HU), Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Tartartic Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Sucralose, Red #40

So on the surface, it looks like an energy drink with a heavy influence of fat burners. A few of the ingredients in here are fine to include. I like the L-Carnitine. I like the coconut water. Spirulina is alright too. But again, you never know how much of each of those is actually in each serving. Probably virtually none, and then big amounts of glycine. But let me tell you now what I hate most about the Fit Girl Prep formula. The dong quai. Why are we putting diuretics in a pre workout?? It makes ZERO sense. This ingredients makes you pee like a racehorse, which is not only a horrible performance DECREASING aspect, but also not to mention just plain annoying. Like. You need to pee every ten minutes after drinking this crap. Ugh. Hate it so much. Also putting glycerol monostearate in a women’s pre workout is asinine too. I don’t want a huge, veiny ‘pump’ when I’m running sprints or doing a BBG workout. Which is both use cases I used this Fit Girl Pre Workout for.

Fit Girl Pre Workout is a Bottom Performer.

Like I said, I’ve tried this pre workout twice. The first time was before my second ever BBG meetup, consisting of tons and tons of burpees, followed by tons and tons of crunches and jumping jacks. I’m not going to lie, I had to run and go pee in the WOODS because of this pre workout. It was just truly horrible! I could NOT figure out what was going on because I had not drank that much water, and then I figured it out. I immediately looked at the Fit Girl Prep label when I got home and “AHA!” saw the diuretics in here. I actually threw it in the trash before remembering I needed to use it to do this review.

But yeah. There’s not a whole lot else to say. It makes you pee like crazy, the energy isn’t all that great, and there is literally no endurance component. I used it for sprints and I think it was one of the worse sprint workouts in recent memory. Alex tried a scoop too on that same day for sprints and she was going slow AF too. Don’t tell her I said that. Lol. But yeah. I really have had poor workout experiences with Fit Girl Strength for Her pre workout. I give it a ‘C’ on performance.

What more can you say? It tastes alright, but that is literally the only nice thing I can think of to say about this pre workout. Such. A. Bad. Pre Workout.*
