Fit Affinity Fierce pre workout reviews are a little tricky to find, so when my bae bought me a jar, I was pretty curious to give it a shot because I literally didn’t even know if existed. I know Fit Affinity is one of the darlings of the Instagram fat burning scene, so I was super eager to try and figure out if their pre workout was up to snuff. In this Fit Affinity Fierce Pre Workout for women review, I’ll discuss five different aspects of this product. The first is going to be the flavor. Flavor is super important to me, and so I’ll give a very thorough review from that point of view. Second, we’ll talk workout performance. Does Fit Affinity Fierce work? Is it effective in the gym? You’ll find out. Third will be formulation. What is in Fit Affinity pre workout? I’ll tell you and analyze the quality or lack there-of, of this product’s ingredients. The final bit will be on label and packaging. You know. Appearance. And then at the end I’ll give you the official Fit Affinity Fierce grade and the thumbs up or down. Sound good? Word. Homie.

I’m not even going to spend too much time rambling at the beginning of this Fit Affinity review. Because guess what? I’m freaking hungry. And that’s the best way to get me to GET TO THE POINT. Is make me hungry. So. Let’s start with Flavor.

Does Fit Affinity Fierce Pre Workout Taste Good?

The answer is that, yeah, it does taste pretty good. The natural strawberry flavor is light, crisp, and refreshing enough. There IS some bitterness that comes through at the end, though. I don’t know if that’s a product of the flavoring that they used just being a little over-zealous with the sour notes, or if there are some sour ingredients in here that they couldn’t quite mask, but, it’s overall a nice flavor profile. I give it a B plus. Moving right along.

Does Fit Affinity Fierce Pre Workout Work?

Depends. This question is hard to answer because it really depends on what type of workout you are doing. If you are doing some light cardio or some yoga or something very, well, soft-core, then this pre workout is going to be actually more than you need. However, if you are doing some weight-lifting, crossfit, or high intensity workouts, this Fit Affinity Fierce Pre Workout might actually be a nice fit for you. It has a nice bit of energy kicking right up front, followed closely by a nice dosage of the three amino acids. The energy can bring out a little bit of jitters if you aren’t careful, so definitely make sure you are staying with one or 1.5 scoops maximum dosage. I took two scoops of Fit Affinity Fierce pre workout before HIIT tonight and I got super jittery so just keep that in mind as potentially the only side effect of Fit Affinity Fierce pre workout. Okay? Cool. But overall I did like the performance when dosed at one scoop. Good energy, good endurance, and even a nice strength boost. Let’s keep going.

What’s in Fit Affinity Fierce Pre Workout?

The formula of this pre workout is actually nicely put together, and it’s more in the spirit of the old school, big-blend pre workouts. A kitchen sink if you will, but without any of the newer ‘designer’ nootropics that have become so popular, especially from companies like 1st Phorm (their Megawatt pre workout that I just reviewed was quite ‘nootropic-heavy’). But. Yeah this formula, while maybe a touch dated, contains the following:

Beta-Alanine

Creatine Monohydrate

Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate

L-Citrulline DL-Malate

Caffeine

Citrus Aurantium

Yohimbe Bark Extract

Cocoa Seed Extract

Leucine

IsoLeucine

Valine

Vitamin B12

Vitamin C

Vitamin B6

Vitamin D3

Potassium

Whew. That’s alot, right? I told you. It’s a real kitchen sink. Things to note, both from a pros and cons of Fit Affinity Fierce perspective, are that for one, I hate that creatine monohydrate is in here. That is the other side effect of Fit Affinity Fierce is that your face will blow up like a balloon and make you look 15 pounds fatter than you are. Creatine Monohydrate in particular is infamous for doing that. The other thing in here that gave me the jitters is the Yohimbe. 100%. Sometimes I just get jittery from Yohimbe and they have a good amount of it in Fit Affinity Fierce at 5mg. (Doesn’t sound like alot but it is a very potent stimulant). Hm. What else. Oh. Sweetener wise- Fit Affinity pulls a bit of a fast one over on you by claiming that it’s ‘naturally flavored’, which I suppose it is in terms of flavoring ingredients, but at the same time they still do use sucralose. So. Technically still very artificial. I give the Fit Affinity Fierce formula a B overall though. It’s not bad.

Fit Affinity Fierce Packaging is Alright.

Fit Affinity products have a pretty standard ‘girlpower’ look to them. Pink. Black. Chick with abs. Okay we get it. Look I’m sure the Fit Affinity Fierce Pre Workout sells very well for them, but I don’t think they’re winning any design awards anytime soon. The name ‘Fierce’ is okay, a little bland, and possibly used before by SAN, but who’s counting. Lol. The font used for the ‘for women’ script is heinous. What else…I think they need to include what the flavor is on the front panel of the jar because right now it is omitted. As is any numerical data around servings, ingredient quantities, or anything relevant like that. So. Yeah. I guess what I’m saying is that Fit Affinity pre workout leaves much to be desired. I give it a 6/10. Bad packaging.

Fit Affinity Fierce Pre Workout Review Summary

  • Flavor: B+
  • Performance: B+
  • Formula: B
  • Packaging: D
  • Value: C+

Final Score: B Minus Minus

I’m giving Fit Affinity Fierce a B minus MINUS in this review because while I DO think it’s a decent product, it is overpriced by like 7 to 10 bucks. I know Fit Affinity has some deep pockets so I’m a little surprised they are gouging you on the pre workout side of things. But. Anyways. That’s my Fit Affinity Fierce Review. 🙂
