Women's Pre Workout Reviews

Women's Pre Workout Reviews (134)

Women's Pre Workout Reviews from the top supplement manufacturer's including Fitmiss, Unico, Cellucor, and more!

Over the past several years, supplement manufacturers have recognized that women's pre workout needs are very different from men. This is because we basically have different fitness goals. Let's be real- I don't want to take a pre workout with 8 grams of creatine monohydrate in it. I actually want to not look like a balloon. And who else remembers that Jack3d stuff? Umm no thanks?

Basically I started this blog as a school project and figured I might as well make it about something that interests me. I think I'm the first chick that ever took NO-Xplode. Well thankfully those days are over and we actually have some amazing choices when it comes to pre workout supplementation. The tricky part is that it's still hard to find some of these pre workouts at the big supplement stores like GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. I really do think that as these creatine-free pre workout for women gain more popularity they will start to get picked up by more retailers.

Anyways this is where I'll post my latest pre workout reviews. I've started reviewing some of the men's pre workouts too just because so many of you have  asked about how they perform from my point of view. If you're looking for the current best pre workout for women be sure to check out my top ten list, which I'm always updating when new pre workouts come along. Hope you find these reviews helpful. If you want to get in touch hit me up on Google Plus or Twitter :)

I’m feeling pretty smart right now because I’m finally finishing up my Genius pre workout review, and it’s a real gem. I found this pre workout on Amazon, and I suppose you did too, and that you are probably just looking for a non-Amazon pre workout to go with. But. Anyways. This Genius pre workout has been fueling my workouts all week and I finally have some time to sit down and write out my thoughts on it, which is awesome. In this pre workout review I’m going to tell you about a handful of things that you will want to know about. The first is the flavor. What does this genius pre workout taste like? Second thing is formula. What is in here, and in particular, what is in here that gives it the genius name? I’ll tell you. Other things I’ll cover, and not to glaze over this aspect but, does this Genius pre workout actually work? Does this pre workout give you a real boost? We’re going to cover all of this, and more, in one of the world’s only truly comprehensive Genius pre workout reviews. Let’s start things off.

Genius. Who doesn’t want to be a genius? I want to be one. That’s what drew me in when I first saw this pre workout on Amazon. I saw that they have some really interesting ingredients, and surprisingly, NO caffeine. How could that be? How could it be that this product contains no caffeine and sell ANY product in the pre workout category? It didn’t seem to make sense. So I bought a tub to try and see how Genius pre workout works for myself. Why don’t we start by reviewing the taste.

Does Genius Pre Workout Taste Good?

This is a really good question. One that I’m not sure you will agree with me on, since taste is so subjective. But as you know from my other reviews, I’ve never much cared for voicing the popular opinion. Lol. So. Here’s the thing. I love the originality of this formulation. Grape Limeade is a very creative flavor concept that I’m not sure I’ve EVER seen in a pre workout. But. Did Genius pull it off? I’m afraid that they might not have. The flavor is sweet and pretty authentic to start off, but it, well, sort of fades into a generic sort of citrusy ‘average’ supplement taste. I wish it had more depth; I guess is what I’m trying to say. But it’s definitely drinkable. I think I’ll give it an 8.2 out of 10. It is good, but it’s not great. I think it’s because it does not use artificial sweeteners. It uses just stevia as a sweetener. Stevia, to me, is gross. So Genius pre workout is actually done well to get over a B rating with just stevia as the sweetener. That’s a pretty good thing. Let’s talk about if this pre workout actually works now.

Does Genius Pre Workout Really Work?

Genius pre workout DOES work…don’t get me wrong. It provides a super unique sense of heightened focus and mental energy, which can be, well, a little ‘jarring’ if you aren’t used to nootropics, which are a class of supplement ingredients that impact the way you think. I sometimes shy away from these types of products because they can invoke and trigger anxiety, but, so far I haven’t really experienced that with Genius pre workout. That might be because it doesn’t include ANY caffeine- which is found in almost every other pre workout in the world.

I’ve used Genius pre workout six times now, and with fairly consistent results. I find myself using it for the days when my rep range is highest, meaning I can reap the benefits of the ‘mental endurance’ if that makes sense. I think my best workout on it was a high-volume leg day, where I was completing like 8 sets of 10 reps per exercise. Yeah. Super high volume. But Genius pre workout did seem to help, especially late in the workout when I needed it’s help the most.

In some regards, I think inexperienced pre workout users should actually start with a different pre workout than Genius. It sounds crazy but you’re actually going to ‘feel’ this Genius pre workout way more than other, more traditional pre workouts, and certainly some of the more mild ones like Ora Renewable Energy or those lousy Revere pre workouts that I recently reviewed. So. My verdict on the Genius pre workout from a performance standpoint is that it’s a pretty legit performer from an energy standpoint, also crossing over into endurance. I think the product does lack in the strength department since it is mostly a mental booster, but I think that fact that it is more focused on the one aspect makes it attractive because not everyone needs a complete pre workout. Let’s actually take a minute now to look at the ingredients and discuss what’s in this Genius pre workout

What’s in Genius Pre Workout?

There are a handful of very serious nootropic ingredients in this pre workout. Many of them you’ve seen before in other pre workouts, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen this exact combination before in many pre workouts. I’ll list the ingredients in the Genius Pre Workout and then go into my notes on this formula.

  • L-Citrulline Malate
  • Beta Alanine
  • Betaine
  • L-Tyrosine
  • L-Arginine
  • Taurine
  • AlphaSize
  • HICA
  • Rhodiola Rosea
  • ElevATP (Ancient Peat and Apple Fruit Extract)
  • Theobromine
  • Astragin (Astragalus)
  • Huperzine

And once again, how strange it is to see a pre workout with all these familiar faces like betaine, beta alanine, citrulline malate, but then no caffeine. It’s so bizarre! But one of the things that I told you guys is that this Genius pre workout still packs a HECK of a punch without caffeine. And that is because of two things- first is the huperzine. It is the smallest quantity ingredient in here but also the strongest. This nootropic is like, a little bit ‘iffy’ when you think about it’s potency and relative lack of testing around it. But that’s nothing new to the supplement industry. Look. Most of these pre workouts still use DMHA and AMP Citrate and all those intimidating and dangerous characters. No thank you! But Genius is walking the fine line, most likely on the okay side, with huperzine. Now. Other big time nootropics are the ALPHASize Alpha GPC, and theobromine. It’s this balance of ingredients that help your brain focus and fire properly that make Genius feel quite different than some of the other pre workouts on the market. It’s a very interesting product indeed. Anyways. That’s Genius pre workout from the inside. Let’s talk about the outside now to wrap up our Genius pre workout review. It’s time for our packaging review.

Genius Pre Workout Looks Average.

Okay this pre workout is very intense on the inside but the outside is just, well, a little bit pedestrian in my opinion. The colors, the graphics, it’s all just rather plain in my opinion. Now. I know the appearance isn’t all that important to most of you guys so I can accept that the pre workout performance is much more essential than the looks. But I still think they could’ve gone in such a better direction with this pre workout in terms of the packaging. Don’t you think so? I mean. The white and orange is just rather plain. You know what I mean? Just plain jane. Nothing genius about it. There’s hardly even anything to discuss it’s like just the orange strip running horizontally across the thing and then the big product name, a few simple graphics, and that’s it. Boring. Alrighty let’s wrap this review up, shall we?

Genius Pre Workout Review Summary

  • Flavor: 8.2/10
  • Performance: 8.1/10
  • Formula: 7.3/10
  • Packaging: 6.5/10
  • Value: 8/10
  • Final Score: 8.3/10

And so. That’s that. The genius pre workout is getting a ‘B’ from me. It’s an interesting product for several reasons, of course with the key point of interest being that it doesn’t contain any caffeine, but then smacks you in the mouth with a TON of stimulants to make up for it. I enjoy the product. It’s not my new favorite of all time but Genius pre workout is definitely worth a try at some point.*

Today’s review is going to be super awesome and we’ll be talking about the Ora Organic pre workout product called ‘renewable energy’. I think this product is super cool and I was so pumped to get it in my hands. And my mouth. And on my kitchen counter and also a little bit between the seats of my car. This Ora Organic pre workout review is going to be chalk full of awesomeness. From discussing the Ora pre workout ingredients, to the taste, to the performance, and even packaging, you can bet we’re going to turn this thing inside out and get to the heart of what exactly this pre workout is all about. I think you’re really going to enjoy it. Ready to jump in? Me too. Let’s begin the Ora review.

Revere Co. pre workout is one of the latest and greatest sports supplements that caught my eye, and I’m super pumped to be one of the very first people, if not THE first to hit you with a Revere pre workout review. In this Revere Pre Workout Energy review, we’re going to talk about a few things that I think will paint a VERY clear picture of just what this product is, how it works, and if it is the right product for you. We’re going to discuss the ingredients, the macros, the flavor, and of course the performance aspect. You guys need to know if Revere pre workout actually works, right? Of course you do. That’s why you’re here. Lucky for you I have all the revered pre workout answers and I’m ready to share them with you. Let’s begin.

Today’s pre workout review, we are going to cover off on Innov8 athlete Elev8 Pre Workout. I’m not really sure quite how many of you will read this Elev8 review, and I’ll get into that a little bit later. But to setup the structure for you- we’ll start by talking about the products taste. We’ll then move into a discussion of the formulation, followed by the most important part- which is discussing if the product actually works or not. I’ll close with a brief analysis of the Innov8 Elev8 pre workout packaging, before assigning a final value score. Sounds pretty good right? I think so too. Let’s get this thing started.

Equip Foods is one of those companies that I had never heard of until I started following one of those super ‘clean eating’ IG pages on Instagram. I know. I never should have started following it in the first place. But as I stuff my face full of Chik-Fil-A, I always pretended to use it as inspiration for getting my eating habits in order. But. Anyways. I saw this chick using Equip Pure WOD as a pre workout. I laughed. What does this chick know about pre workout. But. I thought it would be fun to at least get my hands on some of this softcore-sarah powder and give it a good old fashioned review. I’ve used it for two workouts now, and I can tell you all about it. In this Pure WOD review, we’ll talk taste, effectiveness, formulation, and of course, packaging. I have a lot to say about Pure WOD pre workout so let’s just dive right in.

It’s been too long since I’ve gone and done a proper pre workout review. So of course I sought out the most hardcore pre workout I could find, which is Redcon1’s TOTAL WAR Pre workout. As the name implies, Total War is NOT for the faint of heart. War. I mean. Heavy stuff we’re dealing with here. Redcon1 is not a company I really ever saw myself doing reviews on when I started bestpreworkoutforwomen.com. But yet here we are. Five long years later we are still doing doing this thang. In this Redcon1 Total War Pre Workout Review, I’ll tell you five key things. Including, but not limited to if the flavor is good, if the product WORKS, what is IN Total War, and then finally what I think about the packaging and labeling. So basically a ton of information I’m going to throw at you. I’ll sprinkle in some of my signature snarky-ness to keep things from becoming more boring than a Golf Tournament. Okay. Let’s start this Redcon1 Total War review.

More more more. That’s the theme of today’s pre workout review on the Koala freak pre workout by Calum Von Moger’s brand  new supplement company ’Staunch’ supplements. I’ve had a crush on Calum for like, ever. So when I learned he was going to be starting a supplement company of his own, you know I practically peed my pants in excitement. And now now, FINALLY. The time has come for us to go behind the scenes of the Koala Freak pre workout and see what this supplement is all about. I can’t wait to tell you how Koala Freak measures up to the other pre workouts I’ve reviewed. We’ll talk about the flavor, the formulation, the performance, the packaging, and of course whether or not Koala freak is worth the $49 price tag. Let’s get this Staunch review started.

I’m back in full force, people. Two new pre workout reviews for you to feast your minds on and two new products to consider for my wicked late release of the top pre workouts of 2017 list. The latest pre workout to go under the microscope, and get a full BPW review is the Scivation Quake pre workout. In this review I’ll tell you what I liked and did not like about this pre workout. I’ll talk about the flavor, the performance, the ingredients, and of course the packaging. I’ll tell you if you should consider buying it, or moving to something different. Scivation has been around the block quite a few times, so I’m excited to see if their latest creation is up to standard. Let’s begin with the flavor grade.

Alright. So. It’s been a great deal of time since my last review so hopefully today’s Gamma Labs 24k Gold Pre Workout will give you guys all the satisfaction you’ve been yearning for since my absence recently. So vain. So vain. Lol. But no really I’m glad to be back and this week I’ll try and get back on my regular cadence of posting daily pre workout reviews for you guys. Today’s review is pretty awesome and is all about the Gamma Labs gold pre workout. And yes, this pre workout is said to have ACTUAL gold in it. Which is pretty crazy. I’m not sure if gold is edible or not. But I guess unless we think Gamma Labs is trying to kill us, we are being told that gold is actually edible. Who knew! Not I. In this review I’ll tell you if the golden pre workout is worth trying. We’ll talk about the flavor, the efficacy, the formulation quality, and of course the packaging in my first pre workout review in quite some time. So sit back, relax, and watch me put my Midas touch on this Gamma Labs 24k pre workout review.

Rev Labs Enamour reviews are tough to find so I figured why not get my hands on some and try it out? After all, the Queen of pre workout reviews needed to feed the beast. And by beast I mean caffeine-junky monster that lives inside of each and every one of us. So without further ado, why don’t we just skip all the mumbo jumbo and get the review started. We’ll talk flavor, formula, performance, packaging, and of course value to reach our final conclusion on Rev Labs Enamour pre workout. Let the Rev Labs review, BEGIN!

Today I’m going to review the Strength Cartel dead game pre workout. In this Strength Cartel review, I’ll tell you what it’s like to take a big old scoop of this product and get a workout in. I’ll tell you how it tastes, how the product performs in the gym, and of course if the formulation is any good. I’ll also spend a little bit of time going over the packaging, the Strength Cartel brand itself, and basically just paint a picture of this entire brand so you can choose it it is for you. I know it’s not exactly a pre workout for women, but the Strength Cartel Dead Game pre workout is definitely worth reviewing, so let’s get into it.

Hey now hum now it’s time for an Unstoppable Pre Workout Review by Dedicated Nutrition! Dedicated is the new black and yellow brand supported by that big huge jacked Simeon Panda dude. I may or may not have a poster of him on my bedroom ceiling. With emphasis on ‘may’. LOL. But guys. I’m pumped. I’ve been super quiet for the last few months dealing with some stuff, but I’m BACK with a vengeance and ready to deliver some incredible pre workout reviews in time for our fifth annual best pre workout for women ranking awards. I know. Crazy right? But let’s get down to business with this Dedicated Unstoppable review. Could this possibly be the best pre workout for women that I’ve ever tried? Let’s find out.

My Fit Affinity Fierce Pre Workout Review: Is it Bae?

Written by

Fit Affinity Fierce pre workout reviews are a little tricky to find, so when my bae bought me a jar, I was pretty curious to give it a shot because I literally didn’t even know if existed. I know Fit Affinity is one of the darlings of the Instagram fat burning scene, so I was super eager to try and figure out if their pre workout was up to snuff. In this Fit Affinity Fierce Pre Workout for women review, I’ll discuss five different aspects of this product. The first is going to be the flavor. Flavor is super important to me, and so I’ll give a very thorough review from that point of view. Second, we’ll talk workout performance. Does Fit Affinity Fierce work? Is it effective in the gym? You’ll find out. Third will be formulation. What is in Fit Affinity pre workout? I’ll tell you and analyze the quality or lack there-of, of this product’s ingredients. The final bit will be on label and packaging. You know. Appearance. And then at the end I’ll give you the official Fit Affinity Fierce grade and the thumbs up or down. Sound good? Word. Homie.

REVIEW: Is EBoost Pow Pre-Workout an Epic Failure?

Written by

The POW pre workout is getting it’s closeup today in a Fit Life Allie review, and I think it might end up being one of my shortest pre workout reviews of the year. I know that you guys probably got served up with some annoying facebook ads the same way that I did with the POW pre workout, and unfortunately, I’ll tell you…well…no I won’t tell you just yet. I’ll wait until the end to give you my official thumbs up or thumbs down on the Eboost POW Pre Workout. This review is going to be a good one, and that’s because I’m going to go super in-depth and talk about the flavors, formulation, and performance, and of course packaging to come up with the perfectly balanced grade for the orange and white pre workout. So. If you are ready for this, then I am too. Let’s go ahead and get things started with this POW pre workout review. Ready, set, go.

Today I’m going to review the newest pre workout from 1st Phorm, the Megawatt V2 pre workout. This is not your Grandpa’s pre workout, that is for certain. As a matter of fact, this pre workout might just rock your socks off. Maybe. Well. Let’s dig into this 1st Phorm Megawatt V2 pre workout review and let me tell you all about how this product works in the gym, how it tastes, if the formulation is any good, and of course how the packaging LOOKS. Looks are important guys. But at the end I’ll assess the price per serving of the Megawatt V2 pre workout, and let you know if it gets the Fit Life Allie thumbs up or not. Okay. So. Are you guys ready for this review? I certainly am, so let’s jump on in and do this!

Okay let me start by saying I love Sarah Bowmar as much as anyone. So if I come off a little harsh on Natural Science Creation Pump Infusion Hyperemia Catalyst Cotton Candy in this review, it’s nothing to do with Sarah. Because I think she’s pretty rad. But in this review I’ll tell you all about if her Pump powder is worth a shot. I can say after giving it a try today and yesterday, that I have a really good idea of what this product is all about. The most important thing I’ll cover is if the product actually works. So we’ll be discussing effectiveness in explicit detail. The second thing we’ll talk about is the flavor, because, look- cotton candy is delicious when done right. When it’s not, it’s gross. So either Natural Science Creation Pump Infusion Hyperemia Catalyst is delicious or gross. I’ll tell you that, along with of course all the info you need about what I think of the formulation, packaging, and price point. Let’s get this review underway. I’m hungry.

Well here are we are guys. Yet another pre workout review. And this one is of the new GNC house brand ‘Beyond Raw LIT pre workout’. I had the chance to sample this new pre workout just today, and I have all the info you need. I have the flavor grade, the formula breakdown, and of course how it performs in the gym. I’ll rate it for pumps, endurance, and strength. In the Lit pre workout review, you’re going to get overwhelmed by information. Just kidding you really aren’t. I’m a little tired and hungry so I’m actually going to be pretty straightforward and to the point in this one. Nice and short and sweet. That’s what she said.

Surge Supplements is one of the newer brands making its way around the Instagram-o-sphere, and so last week I decided to grab one of their pre workouts to try out. In this Surge Supplements review, I’ll tell you what I think of the pre workout that I tried. I bought the Surge Supplements Surge Extreme Hers, which is their top selling pre workout for women. Being the Queen of Pre Workout reviews, I knew I needed to grab some Surge Supplements Hers Surge. Weird name right? Anyways. I tried this pre workout before my chest day this morning, and am ready to give you the load. That’s what he said? Lol. Alright enough fooling around. Here’s my full Surge Hers Pre Workout Review.

Cellucor C4 Ultimate Pre Workout Reviews will start to crop up all over the place soon, but you know I had to go ahead and throw my hat into the ring as well with my own thoughts on Cellucor’s latest version of C4 pre workout. I actually had the opportunity to try this pre workout for free this evening before the flight, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. In this C4 Ultimate Review, I’ll tell you my thoughts on the flavor, the performance, the formula, and the packaging. I spent a great deal of time on my workout tonight, really looking within to pull out exactly what C4 Ultimate Pre Workout was doing beneath the surface. Sounds a little creepy right? Lol. But let’s just dive in and get this review started. Shall we?

BPI Best Keto Pre Workout is Actually NOT the Best.

Written by

BPI Best Pre Workout might not actually be the best. But in this review I’ll give you a VERY thorough explanation as to why or why not I’m leading off with such a bold statement. BPI claims to have made the very first ‘Ketogenic Pre Workout’, which does sound intriguing. As someone who plays with fasting, bulletproofing, and the whole nine yards, I of course bit on the BPI promise of better workouts that utilize fat as fuel. I mean. It sounds great, doesn’t it? I thought so too. In this review I’ll do my best to let you know if the BPI Best Ketogenic Pre Workout actually does what it claims. I’ll talk about flavor, the performance aspects, the formulation itself, and of course the packaging before closing with a final BPI Best Pre Workout Review summary that will hopefully help you decide if this BPI Ketogenic Pre Workout is right for you. Let’s do it!

Bradley Martyn Pre Workout. Origin Review. Let’s. Go. You know you want to know if the pre workout that the big man touts is worth a shot. And I’m here today to tell you—that you need to read this full Origin Pre Workout Review before you decide whether or not to pull the trigger. In this Origin Supps Pre Review, I’ll tell you the things that you actually need to know about the pre workout that is poised to take the supplement world by storm. I’m going to compare it to Ghost Legend because those are probably the two pre’s you are deciding between. Am I right or am I right? I know. I’m getting pretty good at these pre workout reviews. Let’s jump in and get this Origin Supps Pre Review Started.

Today’s Fit Girl Prep Pre workout review is going to be brief- I can promise you that. This is a pre workout that I’ve tried twice, and really basically hated it each time. I know I’m letting the cat out of the bag early, but please do hear me out and read through my review because it will help you see why some of these supplement companies just have their game all backwards. Maybe in doing this Fit Girl Prep pre workout review they will see just how much they are going about making their pre workout for women completely wrong. But. Yeah. We’ll dig really pretty deep into this pre workout from a formula, performance, flavor, and even packaging standpoint. I have so much to share and not a ton of time to share it so let’s get this EST Nutrition Fit Girl Prep review underway.

Gamma Labs G Fuel reviews are sprinkled around throughout the internet and today I’m happy to be able to throw my hat into the ring and give you my own personal 2 cents on this product and if it’s right or wrong for you. Gamma Labs G Fuel comes to us as a product less focused as much on fitness and working out as it is on the gamer community and some of the people who might not need a classic ‘bodybuilding’ pre workout and instead wants something a little more mainstream. But. Is ‘mainstream’ just slang for ‘cheap’? I’ll let you know in this review. So get ready to dive right in head first into a Gamma Labs G Fuel review. Ready. Set. GO.

Women’s Best pre workout? More like Women’s WORST. In this review I’ll tell you why I sort of hate this pre workout from the pink brand overseas. Well. That sort of spoiled it, right? Why even read more? Three reasons. First, you know I’m wildly entertaining to read. Two, you are still hoping, even if it’s the smallest chance, that I might offer up a few positives of this pre workout, so that you can go buy it and be like the naked babes on Instagram. Am I right, or am I right? I’m right. I always am. And third, the final reason why you should read this Women’s Best Pre Workout Review, is that I’m going to tell you a funny story involving a cup of coffee and a dog. Two of your favorite things. So let’s get right to it. Welcome to my Women’s Best Pre Workout Booster review.

VPX Bang is one of the most popular supplements on the planet right now. That’s right I said it. On the planet. So it was only fitting that I put together the best VPX Bang Review on the planet to go along with it. Right? Of course! Because I’m the NUMBER ONE supplement reviewer on the planet. Don’t take my word for it. Take it from my thousands of followers on IG and FB, and my hundreds of reviews that I’ve done here on the site. I know my STUFF. And that’s why you should listen to me when I tell you that VPX Bang is one of the BEST pre workouts around right now. In this review, I’ll tell you exactly why. Let’s begin.

Black Market Labs Fierce Tone Review- An Upgrade or Not?

Written by

Time for a Black Market Labs Fierce Tone Review! This brand new pre workout has gone UNDER the gun in a totally comprehensive Fit Life Allie bootcamp of working out and drinking pre workout, but not in that order. So in this full write-up, I’m going to try and tell you how it feels to get some of this pre workout coursing through your veins. Here’s a hint- it’s quite powerful and really not such a bad experience to be honest with you. In this complete review I’m going to tell you a few things. First, we’re going to talk about flavor. Pre workout is all about taste, and I’m excited to share my thoughts on how Fierce Tone tastes. Then, we’ll go over how it WORKS. So you’ll want to pay special attention to that part. The third part of the review will go over packaging, and then the final piece will be a discussion of the packaging. I’ll close up with a Black Market Fierce Tone Pre workout review summary and get you out of here after having dropped some SERIOUS knowledge on you. So. Who’s ready to start the review?

I didn’t think I’d ever actually do a Blackstone Labs Dust pre workout review, but, alas, here we are. It seems the hardcore supplement company Blackstone has certainly started to get somewhat of a foothold among the folks in the industry, and as is such, I knew I had to get my hands on some. At first I was intimidated, but after reminding myself that this pre workout just CAN’T be even more hardcore than some of the pre workouts that I’ve tried, I pulled myself together and bought a tub. So in this review I’ll tell you what I think of the product, from top to bottom. I’ll talk about the flavors, the formula, the performance, and of course the packaging of the DUST V2 pre workout. Is Blackstone going to be in our running for best pre workouts in the new year? You can be assured I was more eager than any to find out. Let’s get this Blackstone Dust Pre Workout Review started.

Good freaking morning and welcome to my super duper amazingly incredibly HD Labs Calibrate pre workout review. Two pre workout reviews in a row? That’s a pretty ambitious little streak for me. Lately I feel like I’ve been doing so many protein reviews that my pre workout game has fallen by the wayside. But maybe that’s because I’ve reviewed over one hundred of the most popular pre workouts in the world. I kind of know what these products are all like before I even try them. In this HD Labs I’m going to give you tons of insight into the Calibrate pre workout. How it works, how it tastes, how the ingredient profile stacks up…and of course I’ll do a world-famous BPW packaging analysis. If that sounds like a good idea to you, why don’t we get things started with a really comprehensive look at HD Labs Calibrate from a packaging standpoint FIRST.

Well it certainly has been a little while since I did a pre workout review but today I’m finally posting up another one. The RSP Dyno pre workout is just the right product to get me back on track, in more way than one. As you know I’ve been fighting a few injuries combined with, well, just a lack of focus so I haven’t really known how to get myself back on track. Until I got some RSP Dyno. In this RSP Dyno review I’ll tell you the pros and cons of this particular pre workout. I think there is a lot to like about it, and of course a few things that hold it back. In this RSP Dyno review I’m going to do my best to give you a great feel for what it’s like to take this pre workout. You can’t underestimate the power of good pre workout. That’s what Dyno has taught me, and I’m pretty jazzed to give you the scoop on how this product works. Let’s get this RSP Dyno review kicked of with a flavor evaluation.

Today I’m going to do a super awesome pre workout review. At this point do I even need to say super awesome? I mean. ALL my pre workout reviews are super awesome. But today, I’m going to make one of my awesomest ones of all time. And that’s because today’s super awesome review is on the Recon Nutrition Recon pre workout for women. This pre workout, is well, a little off the normal course of products that I review. It is somewhere between a fat burner and a pre workout. Almost like the Inspired Ember product that I reviewed a little while ago. I’m hoping this product is just as good as Ember because that was a really well-made and enjoyable product for me. In this review, I’ll basically treat Recon Thermonuke ‘Pink Ops’ as a pre workout review and go over all elements from the flavor to the performance to the formula to the packaging. That’s right. There will be no proverbial stone left unturned when it comes to how deep under the hood I go in this article. So. Let me stop the small talk and get right down to business in this my first ever Recon Nutrition review.

Tonight’s review is focusing on the BRAND new Ghost Lifestyle supplement brand, which has now a three-product lineup including the focus of today’s review- GHOST Legend pre workout. In this Legend pre workout review, I’ll do what I have always done over the course of my one hundred reviews of these things. Yes, you read that correctly. I’ve reviewed over a hundred of these pre workout supplements. Meaning basically there’s nobody on the face of this planet that has written as many words about pre workout drinks as I have. There are some things I don’t know about. But pre workout ain’t one of them! Excuse the double negative and the blatant tire-pumping, but I’m just really happy that you found the best Ghost Legend review in the world. And actually probably one of the first since I was probably one of the first ones to try this product. In this review I’ll talk about Ghost Legend flavor, formula, performance, and packaging before reaching a final review score based on those four data points. If this sounds good to you, let’s cut the jibber jabber and launch head first right into this Ghost Legend pre workout review!

Protein World, historically, has not been the maker of products I have enjoyed. In this Protein World Pre Workout Blend review, I’ll tell you if their pre workout is able to impress me in ways that others have not. As with all my (over one hundred) pre workout reviews, I’ll grade the Protein World Pre Workout on four separate criteria. The first is flavor. Let’s face it- you want something that tastes good to drink before you go in for a workout. The second essential pre workout criteria that I judge pre workouts on is the performance. I judge it second behind taste, but let’s be honest this is the MOST important factor. A pre workout has to work in order to be worth your hard earned money. So I’ll be sure to be super thorough in my analysis of Protein World Pre Workout as far as that goes. The third essential area of criticism is the formulation. I will talk all about the various ingredients in this pre workout so that you get acquainted with each ingredient. The last is the labeling, which isn’t THAT important I suppose. But I enjoy talking about the design. So. Are you ready to rock and roll in another Protein World pre workout review? I am. Let’s do this.

Today we’re passing the 100th pre workout review mark with my Muscleology Sledgehammer review. In this review I’m going to tell you all about the black and orange pre workout with the strong name. Sledgehammer. It’s actually an amazing name. I bought it almost exclusively because of the name alone. The things that I like and don’t like about this pre workout will all be brought to light in this my one hundred and FIRST pre workout review. I almost feel like a little baby starting from scratch. I wonder if I’ll hit 200 in the next year? O my. Let’s not get too far ahead of ourselves here. We need to focus on the pre workout at hand. And that’s the Muscleology Sledgehammer. I’m so excited to give you my thoughts in this pre workout review including flavor review, formula review, performance review, and of course packaging review. Ready to dive in? Me too. Let’s get it started.

Today I can’t even believe my pre workout reviews have come to this, but I’m actually reviewing ‘Gnar Pump’ the absolutely ridiculous pre workout from the BroScience YouTuber, Dom Mazzetti. This guy. Well. You probably already know who he is but I’ll give you MY thoughts on him in a quick second. But in all seriousness (can you even use the word ‘serious’ in a review involving BroScience?), I will actually do a real review on the Gnar Pump pre workout and tell you my thoughts on the product itself. I’ll discuss the flavors, the ingredients, the packaging, and of course how it worked for me in the gym. So. If you are wondering if Gnar Pump is the right pre workout worthy of your next purchase, definitely give this review a read first. And yes, I AM writing this because I lost a bet. LOL. Sigh. So let's start the Gnar Pump Review

Well it has certainly been a little while since my last review so today I picked out one of my latest pre workouts, which is the Flyte Sport pre workout. In this Flyte Fuel Build Intensity Review, I’ll talk about flavor, performance, overall formulation quality, and even packaging. And I’ll do so in classic Fit Life Allie fashion- meaning it’s going to be super informal, super fun, and just easy-reading. You are trying to decide what pre workout to buy, not researching for a research paper. This should be fun, people! So why don’t we basically just jump right into the pool and start talking about this exciting new pre workout from Flyte Sport.

Today’s review is on the Deer Antler Spray pre workout Bucked Up from the folks at DAS Labs. Guys. Girls. We are SO close to 100 pre workout reviews that it’s not even funny. I can’t believe that it’s been 4 years ago that I started writing these pre workout reviews down and the fact that all of you have supported me with your kind words and feedback has just been, well, really special. So, to celebrate, I’m going to do a really great review on this deer antler pre workout. I’ve taken Bucked Up for my past three workouts, and I’ll give you the run-down on how the product has worked for me. Here’s a hint…jk no hints. Read the full Bucked Up Review. Don’t be lazy.

Hard to believe we’re now seeing the second pre workout from Performix Ion. This company seems to be growing right before our very eyes, with the first pre workout ‘Ion’ being an increasingly popular choice among the bodybuilding and weightlifting crew. As you know from reading my full review of that product, I really had a remarkable experience from it. Whoa. Why did I type that sentence so weird. Lol. I think it’s because of this weird techno music playing in the Starbucks I’m in. Like. What are you guys doing? I feel like I’m at a club. LOL. But anyways. Peroformix ION, the original, is way too hardcore for women. They probably read my review which helped them decide to make a women’s version. I’m not kidding. How else would they know that women find it way too hardcore? Maybe I’m being vain. But I’m not surprised that they made the ‘Glow’ AKA ‘women’s’ version of Ion Pre Workout. In this review I’ll tell you how this version compares to the original, and if this is the pre workout of the future. For women. Let’s jump in.

What is Momentum Catalyst pre workout and who is it good for? That’s what I’m going to answer for you in this, my second Momentum Nutrition product review. There are a things I know about. Pre workouts happen to be one of them. And when I tell you I know about them, let me be very clear. I REALLY know about them. This is my ninety-seventh pre workout review, and you can be assured that I know my stuff by now. I mean. How can anyone even argue with me at this point? I’m SO close to a hundred that I can taste it. Speaking of taste- that is one of the important factors that we’ll discuss in this Momentum Catalyst review. I have found this product pretty enjoyable in that regard. But does it work? Well. You’re in luck because I’m going to cover that as well! I’m even going to cover off on the supplement facts, and and even the packaging by the time all is said and done in this Momentum Nutrition Catalyst Review. So if you’re ready for a super-fun, super-entertaining pre workout review, I think you and I are going to get along just fine over the next hour. Let’s jump in.

Back to Back Gnarly Nutrition Reviews? Now that’s legit. Bro. Lol.

So as you know from yesterday’s GNARLY VEGAN FEAST Review, I am on a little bit of a Gnarly binge reviewing these products. But I can’t help it. One of my best fittie friends literally bought every single Gnarly product last week and once she finally revealed this to me, I like ran to her house immediately and stole half of her stash. She understands. Slash. She would have if she was home to watch me do it. Lol. So Gnarly Pump is my second Gnarly Nutrition review, and I’m SUPER excited to share my findings with you. It has a lot to live up to since I did really enjoy the first Gnarly product that I reviewed yesterday. So. In this, my NINETY FIFTH pre workout review, I’m going to discuss all the ins-and-outs of Gnarly Pump. And wow. I just took a second to reflect on how long it’s taken to write 95 pre workout reviews. Craziness. But it’s what I love to do. So. Just like all my other pre workout reviews, we’re going to grade Gnarly Pump on these four criteria: flavor, performance, formulation, and packaging. How does that sound? I already know the answer. Lol. Let’s get this Gnarly Pump review started.

Formulation1 pre workout reviews are literally, like, impossible to find and you know since I tried this product this morning I had to get my own thoughts out there. So in this, my 96th pre workout review, I’m going to talk all about formulation1, what it means to ‘prepare to perform’, and all that sort of thing. Prepare to perform is Formulation1’s motto that basically means their products are going to be the catalyst of you having a great workout. Well. Let me be the judge of that. In this pre workout review I’ll talk about what their efforts help with. I’ll tell you first how Formulation One pre workout tastes, before moving on to talk about how this pre workout actually performs in the gym. After that we’ll go into details on the formulation, the packaging, and then tie it all together with a final review summary. I’m prepared to perform in this Formula1 review, so let’s. Get. Started!

Prime Nutrition is doing something right because it seems like day after day I see these products popping up in my Instagram feed in some way, shape or form. I figured after the like, millionth Prime Nutrition post, it must be a sign that I had to grab some of their pre workout and give it a try. In this Prime Nutrition Max HP Review, coming to live from 20,000 feet in the air, I’m going to try my absolute best to give you the best feel for this pre workout as possible. I took it before my rowing workout this morning, and I have to tell you it was one of the most impressive feats of lasting energy that I’ve had in a little while. I think it was my best workout of the week for sure. But. I’ll tell you all about it. We’ll talk not just about the performance of this Prime Nutrition pre workout, but also about all the ingredients in the product, and if they are high quality or not. I really want to do a good job on this one so we’ll even talk about the Max-HP pre workout packaging and flavorings as well. If that all sounds good to you, let’s tie our hair up and go to work on this Prime Nutrition Max HP review.

Ok where are my crossfit people at. I know you’re out there. This Driven Nutrition Pre Wod pre workout review is for you. I know a few of my super close friends have taken this pre for a while now, and I’m really stoked to say that I’m finally able to give you the full low-down on how this pre workout, which has been heralded as the ‘best pre workout for crossfit’ performs. I think it’s a really enticing formula, and I was pleasantly surprised with it’s performance. I actually did take it before a crossfit workout for my review so I can give you the real-world crossfitters perspective on how the pre workout behaves. I will talk about the taste, the performance, the packaging, and of course conclude with a value summary. Oh, and of course we’ll go over the ingredients as well. I don’t want to bore you so I’ll mix in my usual Fit Life Allie humor into this Driven Nutrition Pre Wod pre workout Review. Let the Crossfit Games begin!

Arbonne International is a big old company that makes tons and tons of different products for athletes ranging from casual fitness enthusiasts to, well, less casual fitness enthusiasts. But still casual. Today I’m going to review their pre workout supplement: Phytosport Prepare and Endure. Arbonne strikes me, and most people as a supplement company that’s basically more of a general health brand. They probably sell tons of vitamins and makeup and soap, which is what they are most known for. But I do want to make sure I’m covering some of their more sports-related products as well. So in this Arbonne Phytosport Review, I’m going to do just that- focus on probably their most serious sports supplement in the entire line: Arbonne Phytosport Prepare and Endure Pre Workout. I’m going to talk about the flavor, the ingredients, the performance, and even the packaging. That’s right. No proverbial Phytosport Prepare and Endure stone will be left unturned. Let’s jump right in. We’ll start with the TASTE.

Beast Predator pre workout is one of those pre workouts that I’ve always wanted to try, and so now that I’ve FINALLY tried it, I’m so excited to finally share it with you. Beast is the pretty blue company that you’ve probably seen a hundred times in GNC and other various supplement shops, and I honestly have no idea how it’s taken me this long to get around to posting a review on one of their products. Beast Predator was such an obvious choice for me because it’s a pre workout (obviously), and as the world’s TOP pre workout review site, I figured, um, this is the obvious choice. Wow Allie, you really are being profound this evening. Lol. Don’t worry, I’ll pick up my game as this Beast Predator pre workout ramps up. And by ramping up- here’s what I mean. We’ll start by talking about the packaging. That’s right- we’re doing this pre workout ONION style- that’s like ‘animal’ style at In ’n Out except it refers to the format of this review and not delicious melted cheese and mushrooms. So. Onion style. We’ll talk packaging, then formula, then taste, and lastly, performance. So if you want to know if Beast Predator works, you’ve gotta stay with me for the long haul. I know you can do it. Let’s get this Beast Predator Review started.

GNC Total Lean Advanced Energize & Burn is a pre workout that I have been taking for the last three days, so I figured now is as good a time as any to put my thoughts down on a sheet of paper and do another official pre workout review. In this GNC Total Lean Pre Workout Review, you’ll learn about the flavors, the formula, and packaging, and most importantly, the performance of this pre workout from GNC. My pre workout reviews are usually pretty entertaining, so definitely be prepared for something a little more lighthearted. I’ll walk you through my past three workout that I’ve used this GNC pre workout for. Let me tell you- there are some pretty silly things going on there. I have to say, one of the worst workouts of my entire life occurred with this pre workout. And I’ve had some BAD workouts trust me. But. Yeah let’s get things started with this GNC Total Lean Pre Workout Review.

Guess what everybody? It’s time for my second Zurvita review. This one is going to cover off on the Zurvita Zeal Focus and Energy drink. This is sort of a unique product in that it’s not a pure pre workout similar to the other ones that I’ve reviewed here on the site. Meaning you won’t really find it at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe, or in your local 24 Hour Fitness. In fact you won’t find Zurvita products anywhere you are used to shopping. That’s because you can only get Zurvita through authorized Zeal re-sellers. In that sense it’s kind of like Herbalife or Beachbody, or one of those types of companies. I’ve never been terribly fond of these companies, but the Zurvita Zeal Protein was ok, so I figured I would try out the energy and focus product as well. I tried all three flavors of the ready to drink Zeal Energy and Focus and will tell you not only what the best flavor of Zeal is, but also what is in it, what it does, how good the packaging is, and of course, if it’s WORTH a buy. So buckle up and get ready for yet another super high-energy, super fun Zurvita Zeal Review from yours truly- the QUEEN of online supplement and health reviews, Fit Life Allie.

If you’re like me you’ve been waiting patiently for EHP Labs RPM Max Reviews to come trickling out. Should I buy RP Max or should I go with something with a more proven track record? For me, I don’t really have that luxury. Because my fans want to know what a pre workout is like from the very second that it becomes available. And that’s why right when it came out, I shelled out for my tub of RP Max. In this pre workout for women review I’ll tell you about RP Max and if it’s worth a buy. Er. I guess it’s not exactly a pre workout for women specifically- but judging by EHP Labs Instagram I’m guessing they are mostly trying to reach a female demographic. As usual. But in this review I’m going to give you a full EHP Labs RP Max portrait. From the flavor, to the formula, to the performance, and finally to the packaging. That’s a great deal of ground to cover, and I’m super hungry, so let’s jump right into things, shall we? Yes. We shall. Let the RPM Max Review Begin!

Gold Standard. Pre Workout. Optimum Nutrition. Review. Get the picture? Yeah you do. I actually can’t believe it has taken me this long to get around to doing this Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Pre Workout Review- but I suppose it’s better late than never. Right? Of course. I have almost zero caffeine in my system for this review, so do bear with me as I clear the cobwebs out and try to bear down for another extensive pre workout review. These articles can get very detailed, so make sure you’re in a good, cozy spot on the couch. Preferably with the Bachelor on in the background, like I have right now. That way neither of us can focus. But we must try. What are we going to try and do? We’re going to review the heck out of this pre workout. I’m going to grade it across the four key pre workout elements: flavor, performance, formula, and packaging. I’ll tie everything together at the very end in a final review summary. So turn the girls to mute, put your reading cap on, and get ready for yet another fun Optimum Nutrition Review.

RokHardBody Hulk Juice Review: I Went Crazy in the Gym

Written by

Hola and welcome to my RokhardBody Juice Pre Workout Review. If this ends up being a bilingual review, or a spanglish review, it will be because I just came from Ash Wednesday mass, and it was in two languages. At once. Don’t ask me how. But somehow it wasn’t twice as long as a usual mass. Oh boy we’re pretty far off track already. How did this happen? Focus Allie. Focus. Speaking of focus. We’re going to chat a bit about a pre workout that is supposed to help you do just that. Focus. And some other stuff. Like have a bunch of energy and run around the gym like a madwoman and crush your workout. In this Rokhardbody Hulk Juice Pre Workout Review, we’re going to do quite a few things. The first thing we’ll do is talk about the flavors. I will tell you which flavor is better- the Jolly Rancher or the Candy Lemonade. Then we’ll talk performance. I want you to know exactly what it’s like to experience Hulk Juice when you hit the gym. Specifically the weights. After that, we’ll talk formula and supplement facts. And lastly we’ll talk packaging before I wrap up the review with the Rokhardbody review summary and final grade. Let’s get started.

The Lean Body Stimulant Free pre workout from Jamie Eason has been on my short list of pre workouts to review for quite some time now. I have always had my doubts about stimulant free pre workouts as you know, but some super good ones have come my way, and I’ve been really curious if others could match the same level of performance and quality. I have to say. From my experience with the Jamie Eason Signature Series Pre Workout, I suppose my doubts of stim-free energizers have been renewed. Now. Don’t take that as a premature sentencing of ‘this stuff stinks’. There are some things to really like about this pre workout. Not the least of which is found in the product formulation. So be sure to check that part of the review out. In addition to talking about formula, we’re going to talk about the flavor, the packaging, and of course the performance. I’ll tell you exactly how I felt during my workout and after it as well. And that’s all! After this Jamie Eason Signature Series Pre Workout Review, you’ll be an expert on the product. And if not, at least you’ll leave here knowing if this product is for you or not. So let the fun begin.

MTS Clash recently came across my radar as one of the best pre workout options for women, so I know that I simply had to do a review of it. After all, I’m the undisputed queen of pre workout reviews. I know how to do this stuff. There are also a few things that I know as far as MTS now, after having reviewed this red and black pre workout energy booster. As with all my reviews, I’m going to grade this pre workout across a handful of criteria. The first criteria is looks. You think I’m joking, but I’m actually not. I’m going to do a full design breakdown of this pre workout supplement and tell you if it’s sexy or not sexy. This is the BPW. We do things a little differently here as you probably can tell. This isn’t some junky, half-hearted MTS Clash Review. This is the big time. The big league of supplement reviews. In addition to grading the looks, we WILL also talk performance. I kid about looks, but of course it’s how the stuff performs that will ultimately determine it’s score. After we do that, we’ll dive into the supplement facts, formula, and then talk a little about the flavor. I’ll conclude with a final MTS Clash Pre Workout Review Score, and then let you decide- is MTS Clash ACTUALLY the Best Pre Workout for Women?

My Idealfit IdealLean Pre Workout Review is going to be amazing. This is a product that came to my attention on Instagram, and I’m thrilled to get this one posted as my final pre workout review before I release my official BPW Top Ten list of 2016. Hard to believe that this is the fourth rendition of the BPW Top Ten list. I’m very interested to see if Idealfit can be that magical pre workout for women that makes it’s way into our acclaimed Top Ten. In this pre workout review, we are going to go in depth on the Idealfit pre workout to determine if it’s worth a shot. I’m literally amazing at pre workout reviews. That comes after you’ve done about, well, a few hundred reviews like I have. You start to get pretty good at it. Here’s how I do things. I’ll start with an Idealfit Pre Workout flavor grade to let you know how the product tastes. I’ll continue on to a flavor section where we’ll chat about the ingredients in Idealfit pre workout. This one is critical- especially if you are new to the pre workout scene. I’ll conclude with some entertainment- we’ll discuss the product packaging and determine if this design is a success or failure. So if you’re’ ready, I am too. Let’s crank out a sweet review on Idealfit IdealLean Pre Workout.

Hello, hi, hey welcome to my latest pre workout review! In this article I’m going to review Reaction Nutrition’s Recor ‘Pre Action’ Pre Workout. I’ll try and keep things as light and entertaining as possible while still giving you a tremendous feel for the product. If there’s one thing I’ve become quite good at, it’s making sure I inform YOU on every aspect of these pre workout energy boosters. I personally love pre workouts more than any other sports nutrition supplement, so these reviews are actually an outlet for me to express myself and hopefully help you out a little bit in doing so. Here are the four grading criteria for the pre workout reviews: Performance, Taste, Formula, Packaging. I write a little bit about each of those four elements of the pre workout, and then I’ll tie the entire review together at the end with the official Pre Action Review summary. That will include a final score as well. So get buckled up and ready, where about to hit this recor pre workout review HARD!

Hardcore Nutrition Mutate Extreme is a pre workout that I’m so excited to review for you guys. The pre workout energy supplement by Hardcore Nutrition, or ‘HN Supps’ to the layperson, is one of the newer and most popular companies to come around, and I’m delighted to do some reviews for you to get a feel for what they’re all about. I’ve already done one HN review- on their protein powder. But this is a Mutate Exreme pre workout review. Pre workout reviews are a little more complex as you have the added component of workout performance. Speaking of which- that is one of, if not THE most important category within this whole review. The workout performance gives you an idea how the product kicks in the gym, and is most important in my opinion. But other important pre workout elements are of course the taste, the formula, and the packaging. Yes, the packaging is important. Hardcore Nutrition knows this, clearly. I mean just look at this pretty little jar! So yeah- those are the criteria that we’ll be covering off on in this Hardcore Nutrition Mutate Extreme Pre Workout Review. Let’s hit the button to start this thing off.

Sheer Strength Labs has reached the top of the world, and by the world I mean Amazon. With over 1,300 customer reviews, it comes as no surprise that this product finally showed up on my radar. To be quite honest with you, I am surprised I didn’t catch it sooner. In this Sheer Strength pre workout review, I’ll tell you my OWN thoughts. As somewhat of a pre workout expert, you can bet I’ll give you a definitive answer on whether or not this pre workout is deserving of it’s 4.5/5 star review. We actually have a much more rigorous testing protocol over here at the BPW- here’s how it goes. First off, I review the flavor. These pre workout supplements can taste pretty gnarly sometimes. I want to make sure that there are no surprises when the time comes to drink it down. After we do talk flavors, we’re going to get into the workout results. I’ll focus on how it impacted my performance in the gym, and also let you know post-workout if Sheer Strength is safe for women. After that, we’ll discuss the formula and packaging, before buttoning everything up with a final review summary. Sheer Strength. Ready to begin the review? Me too. Let’s do this.

Hello and welcome to my Myprotein MyPre Pre Workout Review. In this review, we’re going to go over all the fun stuff that you can possibly go over with a pre workout supplement. We’re going to discuss the effects and performance gain that you get when you take MyPre. I know, I’m talking about it like it’s a car. Lol. Honestly pre workouts are more important than cars, right? I think so. We’re going to talk about what it feels like to take this pre workout and then do a really, really boring, softcore workout. Because that’s all I’ve been able to do in the advent of my recent injuries. (Don’t worry we’ll talk plenty about my boring about my injuries). After we discuss the performance and discover if MyProtein’s pre workout actually does anything, we will go into the formula review section. I’ll bet you want to know exactly what is in this pre workout, and especially want to know if it’s safe. I’ll be telling you. I’ll also tell you what my thoughts are on improving the formula, so be ready for that. As with all my reviews, we’ll talk plenty about the packaging grade too. I love packaging more than I like the product itself, whoops did I say that out loud? Lol. There’s a little teaser for you I guess. So without giving away all my findings on Myprotein pre workout, let’s jump into the meat of the Mypre review.

Rivalus Powder Burn 2.0 Review: A Winner In My Book

Written by

Rivalus Burn Powder 2 pre workout is one our LAST pre workout reviews of 2015, and I’m very excited to give you yet another highly entertaining overview of this orange and black pre workout powder. This pre workout is one that I tried just this morning for what will surely be my most intense workout of the holiday week. We know that Christmas week can lead some wonderful and indulgent meals, followed by, of course, several Christmas cookies. It’s delicious at the time, but can fuel some rather lethargic workouts in the following moments. I was looking for this pre workout to counter some of that sleepiness and allow me to have a really good holiday workout. In this Rivalus Powder Burn 2.0 Review, I’ll tell you if the product delivered for me across four different criteria. The first is of course the flavor section. We’ll go over the entire workout experience from the moment I first opened the tub from the moment I finished my last rep. So after flavor, that means we’ll discuss performance, the formula, and even the packaging. My aim is to give all the information you need in order to decide if Rivalus Powder Burn 2.0 is the right pre workout for you. Will this pre workout grasp a last minute spot in the BPW Top Ten of 2016? Let’s find out.

Olympus Edge Artemis Pre Workout is a relatively new pre workout and today I’m thrilled to bring you my review of the product. In this Artemis Pre Workout Review I’ll answer every question that you might have about the product. Namely, does it work? What is in it? How does Artemis pre workout taste? And of course, you know we have to go over the packaging. I haven’t done a pre workout review in a few days, or has it been weeks? I don’t know. I’ve lost track of the time here in my own little time warp world that I live in. But. You know I’m going to tell you all about this pre workout in a manner the likes of which you just won’t find on any corner of the internet. I am the best at women’s pre workout reviews, and I’m pumped to do yet another one. I think I’m closing in on one hundred pre workout reviews here on the site, which is absolute madness if you really think about it. But. Let’s stop the delaying and get this Olympus Edge Artemis Pre Workout Review started.

AllMax Nutrition Amino CUTS Review: Give it a Shot

Written by

Amino Cuts by Allmax Nutrition Reviews are here! This article promises to be a very interesting look at one of the coolest new products in the sports supplement world. I say ‘coolest’ because Amino Cuts has probably the coolest-looking label in the amino acid world. You just don’t get a product that looks like this very often. This energizing amino acid recovery drink is going to be classified under my pre workout reviews section, but it’s really a sort of anytime powdered fat burner to be honest. Actually I might even post it under the fat-loss section because it seems like this is more for the purpose of fat loss than pre workout. Except in the ‘Directions for A:Cuts’ section it DOES say that you should take this stuff before physical activity. So maybe it IS more of a pre workout than fat burner. But anyways. Here is what we’re going to cover in the Amino Cuts Review: The flavor, the formula, the packaging, and then a brief performance overview just to let you know how it feels when you take this product. So why don’t we get this Amino Cuts Review started.

Hello and welcome to my Run Enter EWP pre workout Review. In this review, I’m going to tell you ALL things related to this pre workout energy drink mix from newly-launched company Run Everything. This company is defined by out-of-the-ordinary product names such as this pre workout, which is called ’Enter With Purpose’, and EWP for short. I think it’s interesting when company’s go out of their way to do SOMETHING different, whether that’s in the formulation, or in the the product packaging, or what have you. Luckily for you, I’m going to go over literally every single element of this pre workout and tell you in-depth, how the product matches up to the pre workout competition. While this is not a pre workout ONLY for women, it is a company that was founded by a super popular fitness personality- so this product has tons and tons of instant credibility. I’m here to review it and tell you if that credibility translates into a valuable product worth purchasing. So. What are you about to learn about EWP pre workout? You’re going to learn five things. First, you’ll learn what the product tastes like. I’ll describe the flavor in painstaking detail so that you can get a feel for it, ‘taste-wise’. Secondly, we’ll be discussing the most important element of any pre workout, which is how it performs in the gym. The third thing you will find out in this review, which is also quite important in my opinion, is what the formula is like. I’ll discuss each ingredient to give you the peace of mind of knowing what’s in it, and what each ingredient does. The last criteria is of course the often-humorous packaging grade in which I’ll discuss the physical appearance of the Run Everything pre workout. Let’s start the EWP Review right. Now.

Rivalus Complx5 Pre Workout Reviews are impossible to find sometimes since this product is certainly more of a niche product. I suppose most of these stimulant free products are sort of ‘niche-y’, aren’t they? I think so. What I’ve found is that I don’t get very good results from stim-free pre workouts in general. I mean. Stims are what makes the world go round. And by world I mean my workout performance. Without it I am just an empty shell without the engine. Ok, I’m being dramatic. But let’s just say I wasn’t terribly pumped to review the Rivalus Complx5 Pre Workout to begin with. But hey. When a loyal FLA reader wants to know my thoughts, you bet your butt I’m going to deliver. Even if it’s a few weeks, a few months, or even a year after- you can bet if you ever had a question about a product and take the time to reach out, I’ll do my bestest to crank out a review for you. As with all my pre workout reviews, I’m going to do a full four-pronged assault review. I’ll talk about the flavor, the performance, the formula, and the packaging. There’s nothing that makes me happier than a good old-fashioned pre workout for women review. It’s where my heart is. With pre workout. So let’s get our big girl pants on and dive right into this Rivalus Complx5 Pre Workout Review.

Today I’d like to tell you about the Legion Pulse pre workout supplement. In this Pulse Pre Workout Review I’m going to run the gamut of this pre workout booster and tell you exactly how it helped me perform for my workout. I’ll tell you first of all if it was an effective enhancer of the workout. Legion Athletics is a very performance-focused company. You know that their number one focus is on the results. Not on the flavor. Not on the profit. On the results. That’s what I like about the company, and a real reason why I was stoked to give this product a shot in the first place. As with all my pre workout reviews, I’m going to grade the product across four separate criteria. The pre workout category is actually my most intricate review process, and also the most time consuming. But you know what? It’s what I’m passionate about. My site was chose as best pre workout for women. Not best fat burner for women. Not best protein for women. Pre Workout. This is my passion. And in this review I think you’re going to see that passion. The four criteria are flavor, performance, formula, and packaging. All four components go into a final value grade that ultimately determine the final review score. So if you’re ready to get started, than so am I. Let the Legion Pulse Review, begin!

Ergogenix Ergoblast Pre Workout Review: Boom or Bust?

Written by

Today I’m going to review the ErgoBlast pre workout supplement from value company Ergogenix. This brand has been around the block a few times and I can tell you that their new pre workout has some pretty good things going for it. In this Ergoblast review I’m going to talk about the flavor, the performance benefits, the formula/ingredients, the packaging, and also close things out with a value score. I wish I had more to give you in this intro, but I think tonights Ergoblast Review is going to be very brief. The thing that I do know is that tonights review is going to rather brief. So let’s get stared.

Ok who’s ready for another pre workout review? I am. Who’s ready for another Adaptogen Science review? I am. Who’s ready for an Adaptogen Science Warp 5 pre workout review? You’re damn right. I am. Hello and welcome friends I’m Jim Nantz and this is going…wait. That’s not right. Hello friends and welcome to my Adaptogen Science pre workout review! Woo! Now we’re cookin’! Yes. As you have gathered by now, we will be discussing today the new Warp Five pre workout from new supplement brand Adaptogen Science. I’ve had the pleasure of using this product for for about an hour and a half now and I’m in a wonderful position to tel you about it. Want to hear more about said position? Good because you’re going to. Spoiler alert- it’s far from wonderful. Eh. I guess it could be worse. In this review I’ll tell you about my life, and then my experience with Warp 5. The first thing we’ll discuss product-wise is the flavor. You need to know what Warp 5 tastes like, right? Right. After we talk taste I’ll tell you about the performance that I had with Warp 5. That sounds weird. The workout* that I had with Warp 5. After that we’ll talk formula, labeling, packaging, and the whole rest of the works. You know how these reviews go by now. I mean. After all I’m coming up on my 100th pre workout review. Pretty crazay. Woo! Let’s get started.

Tonight’s review will be on the Slap Nutrition Slapuccino Pre Workout. This is sure to be a unique review indeed as this product is actually unlike anything I’ve tried before. In this review we’re going to do a few different things, all of which are going to be highly entertaining, uber-informative, and almost assuredly poorly worded. Just kidding. I’m a wordsmith. You will love my Slap Nutrition review so much that you will want to run up a mountain and shout it out loud “I love BPW Reviews!”. Go ahead. Say it. You know it’s true. LOL. Sigh. This could be a long night. Ahem. Ok. So in this review we will start with the all important flavor review. I’m going to tell you exactly how this product tastes and if it’s good, bad, or somewhere in between. After that I’ll tell you how this pre workout performs. I’ll describe my one crappy workout with it and then blame the poor workout on the product. I wish I was kidding. After that we’ll go over the supplement facts and ingredients to give you a sense of what’s actually in here. Lastly, we’ll talk about the label and if it’s a success or failure. The closing summary will pull all that info into one big happy ball and spit out a final grade. Sound good? Thought so. Let’s get this Slap Nutrition Slapuccino Review goin’.

Snac Nutrition Xpedite Starts Great but Fades Fast

Written by

Snac Nutrition Xpedite pre workout is one of my latest discoveries. And boy and I glad that I did find it. In this Snac Xpedite review I’ll tell you what I like about this pre workout. I’ll tell you about the flavor, and describe in super rich detail what it is like to pour this pre workout down your throat. Yes. I get very detailed in my reviews. Lol. I think you’ll find that this review is more in-depth than any other Snac Xpedite review on the internet anywhere. I’m serious. You will see. I bring some real intensity to my reviews that you just won’t find anywhere else! After we talk about how Snac Xpedite tastes, we’re going to spend some time talking about the formula- which in my opinion is the true strength of the product. After we talk formula, we’ll talk performance. This is going to be the most interesting for you so you can get a sense of what it feels like to take a few scoops of this pre workout. It’s good stuff from my own experience. The final criteria that I’ll grade Xpedite pre workout on is the labeling. Because let’s face it. Looks are important. Sound like a good plan? I thought so to. Let’s bring it on. Here is my Snac Xpedite review.

Pre Kaged reviews are becoming more popular as this pre workout supplement grows in popularity. But I can promise you that you’ve found the best Kaged Muscle pre workout review on the entire internet. That’s because I am Fit Life Allie and I know these pre workout products better than anyone out there. I have conducted nearly a hundred individual pre workout reviews so you can bet that I know what I am talking about. In this Kaged Muscle Pre Kaged review what I’m going to do first is tell you about the flavor. Does it taste good? Does it taste bad? What can you compare it to? After that I’ll tell you what you wanted to know most of all- does Pre Kaged work? And how does it compare to Pre Jym? I instantly thought of Pre Jym because these two products are named the same way and are big, non-proprietary blend pre workouts. I’ll recount my workout experience with Pre Kaged for you and give you a sense of what it feels like to take the product. Following the performance side of things we’ll open up the hood and see what ingredients go into this product. I’ll close things out with an overview of the black and green Pre Kaged packaging, and then wrap things up at the end in a final review summary. How does that sound? Pretty good, right? I thought so. Let’s un-kage this review and get started.

Performix Ion is a pre workout that I am finally having the chance to review. You can find plenty of Performix Ion reviews online but only one of them is going to be thorough, entertaining, and actually complete. That of course, is going to be the Ion pre workout review of yours truly. In my in-depth Ion review I’m going to tell you a few very important things. The most important thing you’re going to learn in this review is if Ion actually works. I’ll tell you exactly how this pre workout performs for each of the three workouts that I tried it for. My goals is to basically give you the same exact feeling as if you had taken this pre workout yourself! After I talk about the performance I’ll tell you what is actually in the pre workout that makes it behave the way it does. You have to understand what you are putting in your body to decide if this pre workout is for you. The last two criteria for the review are taste and then label design. This is the sort of icing on the cake and what makes my reviews different from anything else online. Sound good to you? Great. Let’s do this. Here is my Performix Ion pre workout review.

Mr. Hyde Pre Workout Review: Too Good to be Safe?

Written by

Mr. Hyde pre workout for not women is the subject of my review today. Why do I say it’s not for women? I don’t know. Because it’s really not. That doesn’t mean that I didn’t enjoy taking it, but for the most of my readers, I fear this is not the pre workout for you. In this review I’ll tell you why. As with all Fit Life Allie pre workout reviews I’ll start things off with a flavor grade and tell you how this pre workout called Mr. Hyde (named after the famous Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde story) tastes on it’s way down the hatch. Following the flavor portion of things, I’ll let you know how the pre workout performed for me in the gym. Let’s face it, it’s all about performance. With guys or pre workout, they just have to work. LOL. But after this I’ll talk about the ingredients. You should know this is actually an area where there is some controversy. This is also an area that is largely responsible for me stating that Mr. Hyde is NOT safe for women for the most part. I’ll close things off as always with a label/packaging grade, and then leave you with a final review summary. So before I turn into Mr. Hyde myself, let’s get this ProSupps Mr Hyde Review started.

Today I’m going to review Carbon Prep- the new stim-free pre-training supplement from Layne Norton. Stimulant-free pre workouts. This is a topic that I’ll be spending alot of time on heading into the new year and in this in-depth review I’ll tell you why. Needless to say I’m not happy about it. But I figured the best way to start doing some stimulant-free pre workout reviews would be to review the very best of the very best. And so when I heard that the famous Layne Norton was coming out with his own line, you can bet I was chomping at the bit. Hm. That’s such a weird phrase when you think about it LOL. But I really have been. And today it finally came. So in this short time since It has been in my possession I have taken it twice already. Twice!? Yes. Twice because I love it so much I worked out twice with it. I think it is the answer to my prayers. In this review I’ll tell you literally all about it. We’ll start with the flavor, and then cover off on the ingredients as well. As with all pre workout reviews on my blog this will get the full label review as well. So did I like Carbon Prep? You already can tell I do, but keep reading so that you know exactly what you are getting into, because it’s not for everyone, and there may be some placebo going on. But placebo is the best pre workout out there, so, you never know. Alright enough introducing and more reviewing. Here it is folks. Welcome to my Carbon Prep Stimulant Free pre workout review by the legend, Layne Norton

MuscleSport Rhino For Her: Good Looking But Dangerous

Written by

Well this should be an interesting MuscleSport Rhino for Her review. I just tried this women’s pre workout and must say it is one of the most hardcore pre workouts I’ve taken in quite some time. In my MuscleSport Rhino Revolution For Her Review I’m going to tell you what I liked about this pre workout and what I didn’t like. I’ll kick off the review by telling you a little bit about my week so far because I know you’re dying to know what’s going on in my life these days. After that I’ll talk about the flavoring and taste quality of Rhino Revolution for Her so that you can fully understand what it’s like to be sipping on a full glass of Rhino for her pre workout. I’ll describe the taste in a way that you can practically taste it as you sit there reading my review. After we talk taste, I’ll tell you all about my workout today and how this Musclesport pre workout impacted that workout. Here’s a spoiler- this review is a little more racy that usual. I try and keep it PG13 here but, whew, it was an interesting experience, that’s for sure. After we talk performance we’ll discuss the supplement facts panel and the ingredients that go into each tub of MuscleSport Rhino For Her. This will be an interesting section indeed and if you read just one section of this review I would recommend reading that one. Yes, that is meant to sound ominous. As with all Fit Life Allie reviews, we’ll end on a lighter note by talking a little bit about the packaging and design of this product. How does it compare to some of the gorgeous sports supplements I’ve reviewed lately? You’re going to find out. So that’s the plan, folks. Let’s dive right into my MuscleSport Rhino For Her Review.

Sexy Strong Fuel Pre workout is my first pre workout review in quite some time, and I must say that I am very excited to be able to share my thoughts with you. S3xy Strong is one of those brands that has remained off of my radar from quite some time, so I’m glad that I finally got a chance to experience this brand and what it is all about. In this Sexy Strong (or S3xy Strong) Fuel Review, I’m going to grade the product on four separate criteria. The first category we will discuss is the flavoring and taste of this pre workout for women. The second category we will dive into is going to be the performance grade. I’ll help you iron out if Sexy Strong Fuel Pre Workout actually works. Following the performance grade we’re going to discuss the supplement facts and ingredients panel to determine what goes into each serving of Sexy Strong Fuel. The fourth category is of course the label design category where we will dive into the the label and overall aesthetics of the product. We’ll conclude the review with a review summary and assign a final score to this pre workout. So take a swig of coffee and get comfortable because it’s time to get his in-depth Sexy Strong Fuel Pre Workout Review started!

My Evogen Carnigen Review: A Top Notch Fat-Loss Booster

Written by

Welcome to my very special one hour Evogen Carnigen review. In this in-depth analysis I’m going to go top-to-bottom on this unique fat loss / pre workout supplement. I’m going to categorize this as more of a stim-free pre workout because the instructions advise to take the product before you work out. I think this is the right way to do things because of it’s powdered from too. It just looks like a pre workout! That being said, there is often more than meets the eye with these types of products. For example, my Onward energy drink review is a perfect example of what happens when a product just seems to have an identity crisis. It can be hard to know what the product is supposed to even do. But with Carnigen it is pretty clear that the purpose of this powdered fat burner is to, well, burn fat. And that’s the light under which I will critique this pre workout fat burner. BOOM. How’s that? We’ll just call it a pre workout fat burner. As with all my reviews I’ll start this one off with a little bit of comedic off-the-hip chit-chat about what’s going on in my life. I’ll follow that up with some thoughts on the flavor and taste of Evogen Carnigen. How DOES this stuff taste? I’ll tell you. After that we’ll discuss the benefits and effects- meaning we’re going to bascially find out if Evogen works. We will then move into the supplement facts review where we take a look under the hood at what is in this supplement. I’ll conclude, as usual, with a comprehensive analysis of the Carnigen label design. Finally we’ll get to the final review summary and award a final grade to this pre workout fat burner. So grab some coffee and get your reading glasses on- it’s time for my Evogen Carnigen review!

PES High Volume Review: Get That Pump, Bro

Written by

PES High Volume has been on my mind all week and it’s about time I finally did a review on this pre workout pump product. I’m going to put this in my category of pre workouts because obviously you take it before you workout. The one thing that you will hear me talk alot about in this particular review is about how there’s a lack of stimulants in this pre workout from Physique Enhancing Science, or PES as we affectionately call them in the business. But anyways here is how this review is going to flow: First: I’m going to ramble for the duration of one paragraph about nothing in particular. Second, I”m going to actually start my PES High Volume review and detail the flavors for you. I’ll tell you what is the best flavor of PES High Volume. Second, we will discuss the supplement facts and ingredients panel of High Volume so that you have a good sense of what is in the product. Oh I forgot. Before that, I’ll tell you how this product actually performs in the gym! Yes. We will talk performance. And lastly, we will talk about the packaging design and award it a packaging grade. I’ll close the review up with a PES High Volume Review Summary and award the product a final score. So let’s get started.

Transparent Labs Pre Series Lean Pre Workout reviews are super rare as this is a product that is relatively new to the market. I was fortunate enough to get my hands some right away and I am super pumped to tell you if it works or not. Transparent Labs Pre Series Lean Pre Workout is probably the longest product name in the entire world and it’s super annoying to type but hey I love you guys enough to type it out a handful of times. And yeah. We’re going to type it out many, many times in this review as we cover off on every single aspect of this pre workout. If this pre workout was Ryan Gosling, you know exactly what’s about to happen. Yeah. That’s right. Use your imagination. We’re going to get down and dirty with Transparent Labs today. I’ll start off by talking about this product’s flavor and tastes that you get when you drink it. Wow that was poorly phrased. Get it together. We’ll talk about the performance after we talk flavor. I mean- you guys need to know if Pre Series Lean Pre Workout actually works, right? Of course you do. After that we’ll talk about the formula and award a supplement fact score to this pre workout. I’ll wrap things up with a packaging grade, and then tie it all together with a final review grade at the end. So as my caffeine buzz wears, off it’s time to get into this thing: My official Transparent Labs Pre Series Lean Pre Workout review.

Ok time to get into gear with a Royal Sport LTD Cardio Rush review. In this Cardio Rush review I’m going to talk your ear off with regard to this pre-training formula. The things we will cover off on in this review include the flavor and taste. Within the flavor section we’re going to go over both flavors of Cardio Rush and compare them. So if you’re wondering what the best flavor of Cardio Rush is- well then you are in for a treat because I’ve got the answer for you. I mean you are in for a treat anytime you read a Fit Life Allie review, let’s be serious. The second thing we’ll talk about is if Cardio Rush works. I’ll describe exactly how my workouts went with Cardio Rush so that you get a good sense of what it’s like to take this pre training supplement. After those two important topics are covered off on- we’ll lighten things up with a formula review, and a packaging review. I’ll close out the review with a review summary, where we’ll crunch the numbers and come up with a final score for Royal Sport Cardio Rush. So without further ado, let’s launch into it: the Fit Life Allie Official Royal Sport Cardio Rush Review!

Beachbody Performance Energize Reviews are so hard to find that you probably have no idea how the product works. But luckily I’m here to tell you everything you ever could have wanted to know about this pre workout supplement. Beachbody Energize is made by the Team Beachbody total workout system folks and I’ve had tons and tons of people asking me about how the product works. In this in-depth Beachbody Energize review you will finally have some insight into your questions. How does Beachbody Energize taste? What’s the best flavor? Does it work? Are there side effects? I’ll happily answer all these questions in my first Team Beachbody supplement review. So without much further ado let’s launch into it! Here it is folks. The one several of you have been waiting for - the Team BeachBody Energize review!

C4 Ripped and the regular C4 are both top sellers at the big-time retailers. In today’s C4 Ripped review we are going to focus on this new product and give it the full BPW shake-down. As with all my reviews I’m going to start by rambling about nothing in particular for about a paragraph or so. Then we’ll actually start talking about C4 Ripped in detail. We’re going to talk about both flavors and give you the answer to your burning question - “what’s the best flavor of Cellucor C4 Ripped?”. Then we’re going to talk performance. We’ll probably spend a good deal of time going over the C4 Ripped versus C4 Regular/Original because I know that’s what many of you are curious about. After the performance review we’ll get into formula and packaging, with of course a final review summary at the end. I’ll finally assign a final score to Cellucor C4 Ripped and then advise if you should buy it or not. So without further ado- here it is. My official Cellucor C4 Ripped reviews!

BPI Sports 1MR Vortex Reviews are not tough to find. BPI Sports is one of the biggest players in the sports supplement field today, and has several of the industries most popular products. Today I want to explain to you my experience with 1MR Vortex and hopefully give you an idea of what it’s like to take it. You may be wondering if women can take it, and if it has any negative side effects to be aware of. Well not to worry, because this review will cover off on all of these things. I’m also going to go over the nutrition facts panel with you so that you have an understanding of what actually is in 1MR Vortex. We’ll close things up as usual with a packaging review and then assign a final score to this pre workout supplement. Let’s get started- my official BPI 1MR Vortex review!

I took Ritual before this mornings’ workout, and for the most part I enjoyed the experience, but have sort of changed my opinion on this pre workout for a few important reasons. In this review I’m going to tell you everything you need to know about Ritual. If you are a man, than you can still benefit from this review- trust me- I know my pre workouts! And ladies as you know I will give it to you straight. Is this Ritual pre workout good for women? You’re going to find out. I’ll start at the beginning, with an overview of the flavor and taste profile. Let’s get this review started!

Hello again. It’s friday night. And guess what? It’s time for another review. My favorite part of today is going to be writing this totally in depth review for you. Today’s review will be about 1 Up Nutrition’s very own Make Her Lean 5 in 1 Extreme Fat Burner. My Make Her Lean Fat Burner review will be so good, so in-depth, and so comprehensive that at the end of it you will feel like your life is complete. I’ll also talk about the supplement facts and ingredients to give you a good feel for what’s in here. As with all my reviews I’ll take some time to talk about the packaging and label design, because let’s face it, you want a good looking diet pill, right? Right. Lastly I’ll tie things all together with a classic review summary that figures every aspect of the product into one comprehensive snapshot. Sound good? Good. Let’s jump into this official Fit Life Allie review of Make her Lean, by 1 Up Nutrition.

Hola peeps and welcome to another Fit Life Allie supplement review. Today we’re going to talk about Controlled Labs White Rapids Pre Workout. In this White Rapids review I’m going to talk all about the taste, performance, packaging, and ultimately the value of the product. My hope is that by the end you have a really good idea of what it’s like to take this product, and will allow you to decide if it’s worth a buy. I know this is a super short-winded intro for me- but we’re actually going to dive right into this thing today. Without further ado- my official FLA review of Controlled Labs White Rapids.

Hola peeps! It is that time of the morning (for me). Time for yet another pre workout review from yours truly. And today we’re going to cover off on the Cardio Burn Revolution from MuscleSport International! The version I’m trying is actually the pink Cardio Burn for Her and I have given it the complete Fit Life Allie shakedown. In this review I’ll tell you about the taste (is it any good?). I’ll tell you about the formula and help you understand what’s in it. Heck, I’m even going to talk about the packaging. That’s how thorough I am and that’s why you love my reviews. And finally I’m going to discuss the performance of the pre workout so that you get a sense of what actually happens when you take it. So. Once I get my dexterity back (why is is so effing cold in here), we will get cranking on this review: FLA Official review of MuscleSport Cardio Burn Revolution!

In today’s review we’re going to cover off on the ENGN pre workout from EVL Nutrition. I’m specifically going to focus on the performance effects and let you know if it’s a good pre workout for women to take. I’ll start as usual with flavor grade which will give you a good feel for what this pre workout tastes like. Then of course we’ll move into the performance review section in which I’ll document my entire workout and how Engine (can I call it that) performed during that workout. Next we’ll explore the supplement facts panel a little bit and breakdown what ingredients are in EVL ENGN. I’ll close things up with a label breakdown, and of course conclude as usual with our review summary that ties everything together into one neat package. Why don’t we get started then. So kick back, relax, and enjoy our super informative, always entertaining EVL ENGH Review!

Today I’m going to review the Tier One, or ‘Tier 1’ pre workout from Citadel Nutrition. The Blue and black (or is it gold and white?) company will go under the microscope today in it’s first ever BPW review. I’ve tried their flagship product- the Tier 1 pre workout, and will tell you all about my experience with the product. I had the pleasure of trying it twice today, as I’m starting to get back on my ‘two-a-day’ schedule of awesomeness. I’m going to tell you how Tier One performed for both types of workout. I’m going to tell you how it tastes. I’m going to tell you what’s in it (that part won’t take long LOL). I’ll also do a thorough packaging review, and as usual tie everything up with a bow in the review summary. So without further ado I’m going to dive right into it: our Official BPW Citadel Tier 1 Pre Workout Review!

Today’s review is quite interesting indeed. Today’s review is on the AUX pre workout by About Time. In this totally in-depth, completely informative, and partially (ok fully) hilarious review, I’m going to tell you everything you could ever want to know about the AUX Auxiliary Energy pre workout. What’s in it? I’ll tell you. Does it work? I’ll tell you. Is it worth 50 bucks? I’ll tell you. Heck I’ll even describe the feeling on my tongue when I drink the AUX pre workout. Yep. In true BPW fashion, we’re going to turn this pre workout inside out and decide together what sort of a score it deserves. So put on a good track (I know I’ve got one going), put on your reading cap, and let’s dive into this thing: the Official BPW review of About Time Aux Pre Workout.

This morning I have the pleasure of reviewing the T Plus or T+ total strength and and performance pre workout by Onnit. I’ll go in depth on this all natural pre workout and tell you just about everything you could ever want to know about Onnit’s second most popular product. I’ll tell you if T Plus’ melon taste is any good. I’ll tell you about each every ingredient in here and help you decide if it’s a solid profile for you. As usual we’ll talk about the labeling. And finally, we’ll discuss the performance effects of T Plus in depth. At the end I’ll wrap things up with the total review summary and assign a final grade to this pre workout. So without further ado, let’s get Onnit! (See what I did there, LOL).

Todays’ review will be focused on Her Pro Pump- the women’s pre workout from 1Up Nutrition. I’ll talk about everything and anything related to this new sports supplement to help you decide if it’s worth a spot in your supplement cupboard. Er, wait, you don’t have a supplement cupboard? Doesn’t everyone? LOL. 1Up has found it’s way into MY supplement cupboard with this pre workout, and I’ll tell you why. We’ll talk about the flavor, the supplement facts, ingredients, labeling, and of course we’ll focus mainly on performance so that you know if this stuff actually works! As usual I’ll wrap things up with a review summary (aka the cliff notes)- so if you’re looking for the short version you can just scroll all the way to the bottom. Without further ado, then, let’s jump right in: My official BPW 1 Up Nutrition ‘Her Pro Pump’ review!

Athena 'Intense' Review- Unico Does it Again.

Written by

Today I have finally gotten my act together and put pen to paper for one of my most exciting reviews of the year. That’s right. The time has come to talk about the much anticipated ATHENA Intense pre workout. In this in-depth review, I’m going to tell you everything you ever wanted to know about Unico Nutrition’s latest creation. I’ll talk flavor. I’ll talk performance (and does it EVER!), and of course I’ll break down this supplement facts panel for you. I’ll round things up with a critique of the label and packaging- and concluded with my value assessment and tie things off with a final score. So without further ado, let’s get to it. Could ATHENA make it a 3-peat in this years BPW Top 10? Let’s find out.

Today’s Review will cover off on Fate Fuel - a pre workout from a small boutique supplement maker called Fate Supplements. In this in-depth analysis I will tell you everything you could ever want to know about this pre workout energy drink. On their website, Fate says that Fate Fuel will ‘support lean muscle, boost strength, improve mental focus, increase endurance, promote clean energy, and enhance performance. I’m going to go through each of these claims and let you know that either yes, Fate Fuel does in fact provide that benefit, or if it fails to live up to the claim. I’ll also spend a little time in this review telling you about the taste, because let’s face it, we want to be able to enjoy our pre workout drinks right? I know I do. After we talk taste and performance, I’ll dig into the supplement facts panel and tell you what each of the ingredients in here are doing for you. I’ll give you my thoughts on the packaging after that, and eventually close this thing up with an analysis of the product’s value, which will ultimately inform the final review grade. So without further ado let’s jump into it- My official BPW Fate Fuel review!

Stance Lipotropin is a product that I am deciding to review because it looks cool and because the formula looks fantastic. I’m going to submit this is a pre workout because it is described on the Stance website as a ‘stimulant-free, pre-cardio, metabolic formula. To me that means pre workout. I would almost argue that this is as much of, if not more of a pre workout for women than several of the women’s pre workouts on the market today. In this review I’ll draw that out a little more and explain what I mean. The focus of this review will be based on the product itself and how it made me feel for my absolutely phenomenal workout this morning. I’ll tell you how it tastes, how the formula stacks up, and of course I’ll give you the full labeling shakedown. As always, we’ll take a closer look at the price and determine if it’s too high or too low for the performance of the product. What will the final grade be? Does it actually work? How does it taste? All of these questions and more WILL be answered in this article. So without further ado, let’s jump right in- our official BPW review of Stance Lipotropic

Epiq Rush Pre Workout Review - Ballin' on a Budget

Written by

Today I’m going to tell you about a little pre workout called Eqiq Rush. This pre workout can be found at your local neighborhood friendly GNC, and nine times out of ten, the counter guy will try and pitch it to you. So I figured I might as well prepare you with an official BPW review. In this epic, Epiq Rush review, I’m going to tell you how the product tastes, what exactly is in it, how it performs, how the packaging stacks up, and ultimately if it is worth your $27.00. So without further ado. Let’s get this epic review going!

Today I’m going to tell you a bit about a new pre workout that I had the pleasure of trying today. I’m talking about the aptly named pre workout, from StrongGirl despite the sort of bland name, this product has stunning packaging, and I’m excited to tell you how this product worked, how it tasted, and if it’s worth the money. As with all BPW official reviews I’m also going to do a deep dive on the formula so we can determine exactly what ingredients are in here and how they work together. Of course I’ll spend some time talking packaging and then round up with a final score. So let’s jump right into this- the official review of Stronggirl pre workout for women.

Welcome friends. To yet another BPW pre workout review. Today I have the pleasure of talking with you all about the Shredz pre workout performance supplement from, obviously, Shredz Supplements. In this review I’m going to share with you my experience with this pre workout. Spanning from the taste, to the actual workout effects, to the packaging- we’re going to explore every single aspect of Shredz Pre Workout Performance.

In today’s review I’m going to tell you about a product called Onward. It’s a product made  by aspiring entrepreneur Rob Bailey, who with his wife Linn created the unique-looking supplement. In this in-depth review I’m going to tell you about my experience with this interesting drink. I’ll tell you what I personally used it for, and how it worked for me. I’ll then discuss the ingredients so we can kind of reverse-engineer this stuff and see exactly what the intended purpose of the product is. Of course I’ll talk about packaging, flavor, and then end with a final evaluation and award Onward it’s official BPW grade. Enough small talk. Let’s move ONWARD to the official review.

In today’s review I’m going to tell you all about Muscetech’s Shatter pre workout. This is certainly not a women’s specific product - but it is a product that several of my readers have asked me about, so that’s why I decided to submit it as a nominee for the best pre workout for women awards of 2015. In this article I’ll tell you about the workout experience that I had with Shatter SX-7, and if I think it is worth the price tag. So without further ado- here it is: The BPW official 2015 review of Muscetech’s pre workout #Shatter.

Pre Jym Review: Does it Work for Women?

Written by

Today is a very special day because I’m going to talk about one of my favorite new products on the market. The product is called Pre Jym, and while it might be most formulated exactly for women, this is the product that I’ve personally been taking for a few weeks now and I have to say- I freaking love it. I don’t think I’ll be submitting it as an official BPW nominee but I wanted to give it a full review so that you can know of it’s awesomeness.

Today’s women’s pre workout review I go over Warrior Fuel Hers. Dubbed the Ultimate Women’s Training Formula, I was super curious to see how this product performed. In this in-depth review I’ll go over this pre workout from top to bottom. Everything from the formula and ingredients all the way down to the packaging will be covered in this analysis of the pink and white pre workout.

Neon Sport Volt Review - Euphoria in a Bottle

Written by

Today I’m FINALLY going to get around to my Neon Sport Volt review that I’ve been meaning to do forever and I’m so excited to include it as an official nominee for the BPW top ten pre workouts for women of 2015. Neon sport is a child offshoot brand of the super popular Cellucor family, the makers of C4 pre workout, which I’ve reviewed here on the site as well. Cellucor has been busy creating several new brands and rumor has it they are even going to release a women’s only line that I’m incredibly excited for. Anyways, there other brands include the Arnold Schwarzenegger series, the Royal Sport series, and also the topic of today’s focus- the Neon Sport line.

Today’s Gym Vixen pre workout review comes to you courtesy of one of our readers, Kasia. Kasia wrote in asking if I had ever heard of this new company- which I had not. It never ceases to amaze me how quickly these new companies crop up! After doing a little bit of research on Gym Vixen, decided that their new Sexy Charged pre workout would be the perfect product to do a complete BPW review on. As with all my reviews, I’ll give you the complete run-down on this supplement. Starting with flavor and taste, moving into my performance grade, and then finishing up with a packaging review and final score. Special thanks again to Kasia for giving me the lead on Gym Vixen!

Amino Energy is one of the products that's so obvious of a product to review that I never have. So when someone asked me if I've ever done an Amino Energy review I told them - yeah of course! And then they were like- uh - ok but if you have it's not on your website! So I took out my humble pie, cut a big fat slice, and ate it in four bites. Then I drove to GNC and grabbed a fresh tub of Orange Amino Energy. And then I took three scoops- did a workout- and now here I am cranking out, finally, my Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy review.

It's February and that means it's almost time to reveal the top ten pre workout supplements of 2015. A late addition to this years trials is 'diva burn' - the women's pre workout from Pureline Nutrition. As the newest product to enter the scene, I knew it was the perfect candidate for an official BPW review. I'll tell you about my personal experience with the product- focusing on the flavor, how it performed for my workout, and then finishing up with a value assessment and final score. Without much further ado, let's get to it- my Pureline Nutrition Diva Burn review.

Finaflex named their pre-workout Stimul8 and dubbed it the 'shredding pre-workout'. As one of the most reasonably priced pre workout supplements on the market, I often get asked if Stimul8 is any good. Do you want to know the short answer or the long one? Probably the short one right? Ok, ok. No. This is not a good pre workout. And in this thorough ripping, I mean review, I will tell you in painstaking details every little thing that is wrong with this pre workout from the name to the formula to the packaging. Let's waste no more time and jump right into my Finaflex Stimul8 review.

My Musclepharm Assault Review - Can Women Take it?

Written by

Musclepharm Assault reviews are not hard to come by. You might be walking down the street and actually hear someone recapping their experience with this pre workout. It's that popular. But for the most part these are going to be reviews from guys- which means they are going to talk about how jacked up and 'swole' (insert eye-roll here) the product does, or does not make them. But what about girls? Can girls take Musclepharm Assault? That's what I'm here to answer. So get your popcorn ready, because this popular pre workout is about to get it's close-up. That's right. Musclepharm Assault is FINALLY getting an in-depth BPW review.

ACG3 Review - An Expensive, but Effective Pre Workout

Written by

ACG3 By NDS Nutrition is a popular pre workout on the shelves of GNC, but does it live up to its reputation of being one of the most solid formulas on the market today? I’ll be the judge of that! In this comprehensive review, I’ll go over the taste, formula, performance, packaging, and evaluate the overall value of the product to help you decide if it’s the right play for you.

Zip, by Femme Nutrition is a pre workout supplement for women that I tested last week during the first part of my Christmas vacation. In this comprehensive review, I’ll tell you exactly how each of my workouts went with Zip, and focus in particular on its effectiveness. I’m also going to go into detail on the flavor i.e. how does this pre workout taste? Is it the best tasting pre workout for women? All will be answered. Of course I’ll finish up with a breakdown of the label design, and conclude with an assessment of the overall value. Alright. Femme Zip review time. Let’s do it.

Because there aren't many reviews of Lecheek Hottie pre workout yet, it was time for someone to step up and give this pre workout a thorough testing. Unfortunately for Lecheek, I'm not who you want testing your women's pre workout when you're entire product is, well, trashy. *sigh*. Negative reviews aren't quite as much fun to write, but hey, sometimes you have to put on your big girl pants and get down and dirty.

Energy Angel Pre Workout Review- Is it Worth A Shot?

Advocare Spark Reviews - It's Good For Sports.

Written by

Advocare Spark is a product that was recommended to me by one of my best friends of all time. She is actually a world class skier that I met back in college, and she absolutely swears by Advocare Spark. One day we were talking about my blog and she was like ‘wait- what did you think of Spark?’. And I was like ‘what’s Spark?’ And she was like ‘OMG you know nothing about energy drinks’. And so I felt dumb and knew I had to get my hands on some of this stuff. If there’s one thing my pre workout reviews have taught me, it’s that there is ALWAYS going to be something out there that you haven’t tried yet. That’s what makes the supplement industry so much fun, and is essentially why I started doing this in the first place. I love these products because there’s so many to try, and to find favorites for certain types of workouts. And you love them too, or you wouldn’t be doing your research here on my site! So I’ll stop babbling and get to it- here’s everything you need to know about Advocare Spark!

Cardio Igniter Review

My Cardio Igniter by Top Secret Nutrition review

A few weeks ago on bodybuilidng.com, While researching my next pre workout to review for my site, I came across Top Secret Nutrition and their crazy amount of reviews for the Cardio Igniter Pre workout. This is how I knew that it was time for this product to undergo its official BPW review. Cardio Igniter is looking to capitalize on the success of other cardio-focused products such as NDS Cardio Cuts (one of my personal faves), and the Athena pre workout (my fave of all time). The folks at Top Secret have figured out that most of us do cardio, and we are always looking for a way to get the most out of our routine! Since I'm cutting down for my FIRST bodybuilding figure-competition, I have indeed been doing alot of cardio, and so it worked out perfectly that I found a great new pre workout for women to review. Without much further ado- let's launch into it- here is my review of Cardio Igniter by Top Secret Nutriton!

Athena Pre Workout For Women Review

Written by

Athena V2.0 Pre Workout for Women - Unico Nutrition takes the Crown with a pre workout fit for a goddess.

This year's best pre workout for women goes to Unico Nutrition's ATHENA v2.0. This product delivered the most amazing workouts I've had this year, and it did so while being completely free of artificial sweetners, colors, or flavors. I love the fact that it's creatine and sugar free, and doesn't contain sucralose. The formula is incredibly well thought-out, and has some really cool unique ingredients like coconut water powder and green tea. Tack on the fact that it tastes legit amazing- and you've got this year's best pre workout supplement for women. On behalf of all of us at BPW4W (aka me and my friends lol), congratulations to Unico Nutrition for taking home the top spot!! Read on for my full reviews.

C4 Pre Workout Review

Written by

Perhaps the best known pre workout supplement ever created is the c4 Extreme pre workout by Cellucor. This shiny little jar has probably sold more units than any pre workout in history, and is easily the most popular on the market today. While my site is devoted to women's supplements, I've had literally hundereds of readers ask me to do a review c4 pre workout- so here goes nothing!

Thermovex is a product that found it's way onto my radar through my own site search results. Sometimes I sift through the searches to see if my readers are looking for feedback on a product that I was previously unaware of. That is exactly how I stubmled across across Evochem Nutrtion's Thermovex product. After noticeing that Thermovex reviews are few and far between, I decided that it was a great opprotunity to vet this product and at least give people one review of it's benefits, side effects, flavor, ingredients, and more. Could Evochem's unkown fat-burning pre workout drink crack the impending top 10 pre workouts for women of 2014? Read on to find out how I liked Thermovex.

Natural Force RAW Tea Pre Workout Review

Written by

If there's on supplement that is raising the bar in the natural pre workout category, it is the Natural Sports Raw Tea pre workout. Now, I've tested the king-pin in this category, which is the awful tasting, average performing Vega Sport Pre Workout Energizer. Since I, along with others, was not adequately impressed with that product enough to outweigh the negatives of taking my 'un-natural' pre workout- I left my Vega Sport on the shelf in favor of Ignite.

Beautyfit Beautystrong Pre Workout Review

Written by

Beautyfit Beautystrong is one of those products that catches your eye as soon as you see it. In its red and white wrapping, it stands out from the generic and in my opinion semi-sexist 'black and pink' themed women's pre workout drinks. While I wasn't blown away by what I saw on the Beautystrong supplement facts panel- I was intrigued by some of the unique flavors, and, hey- it's my job to try these things and let my fans know what I think!

Promera Womens Elite Pre Workout Review

Written by

Promera's pre workout for women goes under the magnifiying glass

As you know, we have been steadily releasing our BPW reviews for the upcoming BPW 2014, which we are incredibly excited for. The best pre workout for women awards of 2014 will be released at the end of February, when all of the product reviews will have been released. We have seen a tremendous increase in the number of products in the women's pre workout category, which will make the competition that much more fierce for next year. One of these new-comers is an offering from long-time creatine specialist company Promera Sports. Promera Sports (official website) best-known for their patented form of creatine monohdrate, which is essentially creatine HCI (hydrochloride form). Without getting into too much detail, the concept is that the HCI version of creatine will be delivered into the muscles quicker, and raise the inter-muscular levels of creatine faster than a simple creatine monohydrate product. With traditional creatine monohydrate, several companies will reccommend a 'loading' phase of a week or longer of increased dosages, because it takes a while for the muscular levels of creatine to fully saturate. Anyways, that is the company's specialty product, so I was pretty curious to see what they came up with for a female athlete.

Ab Cuts Sleek and Lean Core Cardio Blast Review

I review the popular new powdered version of Revolution Lifestyle's pre workout product

Although the official pre workout for women rankings for 2013 are officially in the books- I figured that it is time to start testing the latest products in the category in preparation for what will be the second annual women's pre workout rankings. 2014 Promises to be an awesome time for reviews as the category just keeps getting bigger. My latest find is the Ab Cuts Sleek & Lean Core Cardio Blast. Try saying (or typing!) that ten times fast! Whew. I found this product at my local GNC- and knew I had to give it a try. I'm going to try a different format to my review this time. Instead of simply rambling about my experience, I'll try and break it down into a couple of different categories. I think the key areas to focus on are taste, formula, performance, and value to tie things together before giving a final ranking at the end. Lets get into it!

FRS Energy Reviews

Ok so this isn't really a pre workout review- but there are only so many women's pre workout drinks for me to try- and- well- I thought I would broaden the category to include products like FRS energy drink to review.

Body FIt Femme Factor Reviews

Tenth Place: 'Body Fit', by Femme Factor

OVERALL SCORE: 5.4/10

We've teamed up with the good folks at Femme Factor and are thrilled to offer you a special discount. Use code ALLIE20 at checkout :)

Femme Factor Body Fit almost didn't make it into the top 10 this year. The Best Pre Workout for Women rankings are never easy to define past the top 3. Fem Fire, Ignite, and Toned were all unanimous picks for the gold, silver, and bronze. With the podium set, it was up to us to decide which products would fill in the other seven positions in the top 10. After much deliberation and a little bit of controversy- we gave new-comer Body Fit by Femme Factor the final spot in this year's top 10...

Pure Fitness Nutrition Pre Workout for Women Review

Ninth Place: 'Pre Workout for Women', by Pure Fitness Nutrition

OVERALL SCORE: 5.5/10

Toned! Ignite! Fem-Fire! We have come across some pretty great product names in the women's pre workout category. Names that echo the core benefit of the product and add value to the brand. Pure Fitness Nutrition apparently couldn't come up with anything better than to name their submission to the category: 'pre workout for women'. It comes as no surprise that the product delivers as uninspiring an experience as the title suggests...

Black Market Labs Adrenherlyn Pre Workout for Women Review

Eigth Place: 'AdrenHERlyn', by Black Market Labs

OVERALL SCORE: 6.0/10

If we had to hand out an award for 'scariest to try', it would certainly go the Adrenherlyn, by the intimidating Black Market Labs. This is a company that features a gas mask on all of their promotional material- which is one of the more curious tactics out there. In any case, we knew that we would have to fire up this women's pre workout and see how it stacked up to the rest. You may need to put on your gas mask, because, well, this pre-workout stinks...

Chick Pump pre workout for women was the very first pre workout supplement that we sampled during this years testing for BPW4W 2013- and the inaugural test was unfortunately a relatively unpleasant experience. OVERALL SCORE: 8.8/10

With a name like Fem Fire, we expected this to be a product geared heavily towards the fat-burning and physique improving crowd. We were very very right. LOL. TONED Pre Workout for Women Review

Women's Pre Workout of the Year: TONED, by Unico Nutrition

OVERALL SCORE: 9.6/10

I have to admit--I, and the rest of the testing panel here at BPW (aka me and my 'fitties' :P) had no idea what to expect from the TONED pre workout. It was the fourth pre workout for women that we tested, and we were absolutely blown away. What you will read of hear from people who have tried TONED is that the energy is totally unmistakable and unique. The weird thing is that I am no stranger to caffeine- I drink a cup of coffee every morning, and have also tried other 'men's' pre workout formulas that have WAY more caffeine than TONED...
