Pretty Fit BCAA Burn Reviews were almost nowhere to be found. Until, tada! Fit Life Allie decided to get her hands on some Pretty Fit BCAA and give them a shot. These BCAAs from new company Pretty Fit have been tried and tested for about a week now, and since I’m on a roll with my BCAA reviews as of late, I figured it is as good a time as any to bear down and put y thoughts onto paper for you guys. So in this Pretty Fit BCAA BCAA Burn Review, I’ll give you the whole story. I’ll talk flavor, formula, packaging, and so much more. So if you’re pretty sure that you’re pretty close to buying some Pretty Fit BCAA Burn, I’m pretty glad you found my Pretty Fit Review. Because it’s going to be pretty dang informative. Let’s start the show.

I usually start my reviews by making fun of the brand I’m reviewing, and today will be no different. There’s actually so much to make fun of here! No…no I shouldn’t be mean. This brand is trying their best. But, ugh, the name is too funny. ‘Pretty Fit’. I get what they’re TRYING to do…which is use the word ‘pretty’ as in aesthetic and nice to look at.. But the reality is that people read ‘Pretty Fit’ as ‘Kind of Fit’. Meaning you will be ‘kind of’ fit if you take their products. Lol. Ahh. Such a bad decision by them. Anyways. The product isn’t half bad. (See what I did there?). Let’s start by talking about the taste.

Does Pretty Fit BCAA Burn Taste Good?

Yes, it actually does taste ‘pretty’ good (all day). I found this flavor to have really nice balance between sweet and sour, and then the berry flavors themselves were nicely arranged and combined for a product that was really a nice drinking experience from start to finish. The initial notes are blackberry, evolving into a little bit of cherry and blueberry at the very end. I think they could have tried using some natural sweeteners instead of artificial, just because I don’t love the artificial sweeteners these days. Plus, I really think that Pretty Fit has achieved such a good flavor in this BCAA on it’s own, that they really don’t need the sucralose. I think splenda will make their product so much more of an easy decision for chicks like me who are trying to avoid sucralose. But. I give this current version a 9/10 on taste because I could drink it all day. Let’s look at what’s in here now.

What’s In Pretty Fit BCAA Burn?

The formula in BCAA Burn is actually very very similar to the BPI Best BCAA product that I reviewed a few days ago. There are your standard amino acids combined with some L-Glutamine and then a little fat burning complex on the side. That’s why I said it’s like the BPI BCAA’s because they try to add that fat loss aspect. I don’t think you should expect any dramatic fat loss from a BCAA drink, and certainly nowhere near the results you would get from a fat burner, but I think that if nothing else it’s a nice selling point. The fat burning ingredients that they use ARE pretty good and include L-Carnitine and CLA and L-Taurine. Actually taurine is not a very high-end fat loss ingredient but the other two are. So. Yeah that’s really it. Seven really basic, safe ingredients:

Leucine

Iso Leucine

Valine

Glutamine

Taurine

CLA

L-Carnitine

I would give this formula a 9/10 but I think that I have to critique the actual AMOUNT of bcaa in here. Just 4 grams of BCAA per serving is a tinnny bit on the weak end in terms of BCAA amount. You will find bigger doses up to 6, 7, or 8 grams in a lot of popular BCAA products, so I think I have to call out Pretty Fit for taking a little bit of a shortcut by Pretty Fit. I don’t want to call them out TOO hard, but I think a ‘fat loss’ complex within a BCAA formula could also be an excuse to fill out the scoop with lower-cost ingredients instead of the more expensive branch chain aminos. But what do I know. I give the BCAA Pretty Fit product an 8/10 on formula. Let’s move on to packaging!

Pretty Fit BCAA Burn Looks Pretty Bad

Ring Ring! 1983 Called and they want their BCAA’s back! LOL. Ah I crack myself up sometimes. Actually you know what? 1983 called and they want their entire branding back. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that a 38 or 40 year old designed this packaging? Maybe even older? It looks like it belongs on an old coffee table in a dental office next to the old People Magazine copies from a year and a half ago. Am I painting you a clear enough picture? I think you know exactly what I mean. Everything feels old. Smells old. You feel like you traveled back 8 years in time, if not more.

That’s really the fatal flaw of BCAA Burn for me. Let’s face it all these BCAA products are more or less the same. They have the same formula, the same artificial flavor, (not that it’s a bad one), and then they all cost the same basically. So. Why would you buy one that looks THIS ugly? The jar is just hideous. It’s cheap and white plastic, with 1983 purple gradients and gray colors and just everything is so bad. There’s a boring berry splash thing that doesn’t even look appetizing because it’s so fake looking. I just hate the way BCAA Burn looks. I really do. I also hate the Pretty Fit logo, it looks like it’s from an aerobics studio that my Mom used to go to in the 80s. But. That’s about all I’ve got.

Pretty Fit BCAA Burn Review Summary

  • Flavor: 9/10
  • Formula: 8/10
  • Packaging: 6/10
  • Value: 7.5/10

$40 is a little too much to pay for BCAA Burn because at the end of the day this product is the same as all the others, so what justifies the premium price per serving? Nothing. I’ll give Pretty Fit an 8.5 / 10 but there is certainly room for improvement.*

Pretty Fit Review Final Score: 8.5/10
